Excellent stop, for a very enjoyable, and fresh omlet. IHOP is not my first choice for stopping on my bike ride, but this time was a very good choice. Coffee was fresh also. Staff, super polite. Not always the case at IHOP. But Roswell, great call to stop.

First of all I understand food prices and prices in general have gone up everywhere, but wow was I in shock when I seen our recepit!!!!! Crazy expensive for SMALL portions, I had the spicy poblano eggs Benedict and it wasn't even spicy, the first time they sent it out, the meat was COLD, even my 6 year old said his food didn't look like this picture and why was it so small!! Our waitress was fine, no issues with her. Portions didn't equal the price paid.

We went on weds. April 3-2024 . Food was just warm & they turned on the AC full blast so our food got cold real fast. We only poke at our food and took it home to heat up. On Thursday April 4-2024 we discovered that IHOP had charged us $1000.60 plus our regular bill. So we had 2 different charges from them. I automatically called IHOP & told them what happen, Manager Jose said he would look into it. He called me back and said it was a “ mistake from waitress”. He said he reversed the charges & would hit bank till Monday. I informed him that we had payments coming in couldn’t wait because of this our account is in negative because of this. Bottom line Friday the 5th I called to speak to owner he declined to talk to me, manager said he would give my number to owner so they can call me and still waiting for phone call. Honestly owner doesn’t give a damn! And we will not be going back and will start taking measures. IHOP don’t care about there customers specially this 84yr old man. Left in the negative, no money or a “ I’m sorry “ from owner. Take your money somewhere else …….

My partner and I went in for a late brunch on a Thursday, I believe. It was super busy, but it was a late lunch, so it was nearly 1:30 pm. Anyways, my partner ordered waffles with the fixings, and the waffles were way overcooked. He couldn't even cut the waffles to eat them. I felt very bad cause my plate was fine. There was 1 waitress waiting tables and getting them cashed out while the other 2 wait staff were just standing behind the fogged glass watching her. We tipped our waitress a $20 just for the excellent experience she gave us. I felt bad due to her having to hold the weight of the team, but she was amazing.

The atmosphere has changed it feels better than what it used to be and you know that waitresses and the people that were cooking they were talking you know they talked back and forth and the music on was it was really nice and one guy back there in the back was singing to the music that's niceThank you

The staff was as sweet as the desert there. My colorado omelet was delish and tasted just right. My wifes over easy eggs were a little overcooked. I'll add that the restaurant was swamped, and we had to wait longer than normal to get our order this Sunday morning.
