I hardly ever eat out anymore. Thought I would try something new. After paying $17 for a large sandwich have to say I'm very disappointed! The vegetables we're old. The lettuce was wilted and brown. The cucumbers and tomatoes are paper thin. Paying that much for a sandwich you would think you could get a nice sandwich. Staff was nice. Quality is low there sadly. People work hard for their money.

I was visiting from out of town when I went to grab a wrap from this location. I ordered the man at the counter read my order back correctly, and I received it wrong immediately. One of the line workers. A female corrected The person that took my order in front of me and told him he supposed to read back the order after he receives it from the customer. I corrected her. I told her he did reject the order and that was one of their mess. I went to this location with a friend. She also ordered and the guy at the counter actually did not read her order back and it was not made correctly the manager on shift, a young African-American gentleman in front of us and begin to explain to us that he hast to correct him because they’re wasting a lot of money and also his boss is already instructed him that he needs to get rid of him . This experience was very unprofessional and I let that manager on shift know that was not right for him to recommend the gentleman in front of customers and employment history.

If ordering online or their app, call and verify the store actually received the order. Twice they have processed the order and taken money online, but no order received by the store. Staff is friendly and the food is great.

Sandwiches we're good, Triple Chip Cookies were great. But it was FREEZING cold inside. I'm usually a fan of AC, but it was extreme. Didn't say anything, I'm sure they have their reason. Friendly staff, always pretty good food.
