was given the wrong order in the drive through. we ordered on the app ahead of time to save time but it still took nearly 20 minutes to get the right order. was asked to pull forward, I guess so they could forget about me, had to go inside to actually get my food.

Angel had the friendliest smile and so professional. It’s hard to see young people have so much enthusiasm and she did a great job. And to top it off this night crew crushed it. Food was hot and out in less than 5 minutes.

Today Friday Dec, 27, 2024 I ordered a $31.00 chicken meal. In this economy I was barely able to come up with the money to buy the meal. So I get my food and go home just to find put that the lemonade they gave me tasted like dirty water with no sugar, and the biscuits where hard as a rock. The chicken should have extra crispy and it was not. They really ruined my meal!!!! Now I have to drive back and a refund! I am so disappointed.

This last time was no different except the main manager wasn’t there, and the team was bickering about something like helping when the help wasn’t wanted? They were pretty loud about it too.
