Left out my spoons after ordering sides and the biscuit on one of the meals. You think I'm going to eat with my fingers? Line employees need to slow down a little if you're constantly leaving out silverware.

Got the drive through order wrong...TWICE! Claimed it was our fault. Prices are unbelievable. Bucket of chicken strips was 36 dollars and change. It's KFC, not the Four Seasons restaurant!

I got a pot pie from KFC for 5 bucks. It has like a inch of filling and the rest is pure bread and crust very, very little inside.

I was have lunch with my husband and was told they were out of pot pies and then they said the were out does dark meat and we would have to wait 15 minutes which was fine for the one thing that really irritated me was telling an old lady she couldn't order at the counter cuz the register wasn't working and she couldn't pay cash you can only order at the kiosk and use card but the old lady only had cash so she left but not long after they helped two other people who were younger at the register and took their cash and a lot of the employees here had attitudes. I've lived here all my life and I've never seen so many rude people working here this is very disappointing I hope this gets fixed

This KFC/Taco bell just isnt up to par. Today, 4 of the 5 items I ordered were messed up. Veggie bowls only had lettuce when I asked to hold the sour cream and beans. No guacamole or rice.. Grilled steak burritos had ground beef instead of steak and not much of it anyway was more tortillas than meat. Another time I drove up to the drive through an hour before what was posted on Google as their closing time and was told they were already closed. All the lights and signs were on though including the open sign.

was given the wrong order in the drive through. we ordered on the app ahead of time to save time but it still took nearly 20 minutes to get the right order. was asked to pull forward, I guess so they could forget about me, had to go inside to actually get my food.
There customer service was trash the people act like they don’t even want to work there the little girl at the window was so rude with very ugly attitude we ordered a large mashed potato didn’t get it went back in to get it and she gave us the smallest one out of pettiness I guess. Trash

Came in to pick up a mobile order and had four different people see me and make eye contact and ignore me. Then the store itself won't even provide a refund for the food I never got, had to spend 15 minutes on the phone with an 800 number. Just terrible service.

Angel had the friendliest smile and so professional. It’s hard to see young people have so much enthusiasm and she did a great job. And to top it off this night crew crushed it. Food was hot and out in less than 5 minutes.
