My husband picked up an order of 8 piece mixed fried chicken at the Roswell NM 88203 location on Saturday, March 9, 2024 around 5pm. It was the worst chicken I have ever had! It appeared to have been fried twice. Dry, dry, dry. Disappointed and threw half of it away. Won’t return to that store again.

Will someone explain to me, what kind of since it makes to stop selling the Hot Chicken Pot Pie during the cold winter months? I wonder how many times this question is asked.Someone needs to leave the Chicken pot pie on the menu year round, you'd make a lot more money.Because we couldn't get this meal last night we had to settle for the 4 piece chicken and it was so burnt I had to throw mine away plus the coleslaw was very dry. Worst meal ever.

This place has been going downhill for years. Half of the restaurant is a KFC and half is a Taco Bell. My husband and I just ordered lunch from there- he ordered Taco Bell and I ordered KFC. It was probably the most disgusting meal I have ever been served. I gave mine to the dogs and he threw his in the trash. Now he is getting really sick. This place needs to be shut down.

The chicken at this establishment is greasier than usual and seems pretty gross. The drive through experience is pretty good they get the food out pretty quickly.

Never had a problem with the service or food but tonight it sucked I asked for 2 classic chicken sandwiches and got one of them back as a spicy and then I ordered a 3 pc with mashed potatoes and corn and got coleslaw instead it sucked getting food from there
I recommend French fries ? ? because they are crisp. More crisp than the fried chicken and because they are potatoes ?. Unlike the instant mashed potatoes. I gave everything the middle star, but really, this store needs ? a lot of work. Standards in today's time and date should be going up. We definitely pay more due to covid. Did we not learn to clean_clean everything ??Parking: Second hand contact buz us a high probability, if you get get the drift.
