I tend to eat pretty big portions, but their breakfast burrito with a side of hashbrowns is big enough to serve as both breakfast and lunch for me, and cost as much as a burrito from Burrito Express, and can be ready to go if you call ahead 10 minutes. The wait staff is hospitable and kind.

Staff was friendly and welcoming! Chips, salsa and guacamole were fresh, so were the tortillas. I had the stacked enchiladas Christmas style and they were amazing! The chicken soup was delicious, full of veggies and lots of chicken. The asado plate was also very good, the sauce was perfect. Portions were outstanding and had plenty for left overs. We will definitely be coming back. Atmosphere was nice, mostly because I felt like I was just eating with my family. Lunch just a little over $50.00

It doesn't matter what you order, you won't be disappointed. My mouth waters just thinking about it ! There was 2x when I had to wait for a table, but it's always worth the wait!!

I found this place via a google maps restaurant search for Roswell, NM. I'm so glad I stopped here. This was one of the best meals I have eaten. I had the chicken fajitas with corn tortillas. Even the rice and beans tasted better than in so many other Mexican restaurants. The place is somewhat small but don't let that fool you. This place was fantastic. Keep track of the time, though, as I believe they are only open through lunch time.
