The server was patient and polite. The food was out of this world and the coffee so delicious, no cream necessary. We arrived at 2. They close at 3. They made us a fresh pot of coffee. All the food was fresh and flavorful. Im dreaming of the next trip to Roswell just to dine here again.

The shredded beef tacos, pico style are fabulous...so much flavor, good portion with 4 tacos. The salsa is probably the most perfect I've ever eaten..good heat and spice. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

The menudo we had there was amazing!!.. got have it with all the fixings amd don't forget the bread.. Everything else on the menu sounded good as well.. Can't wait for the opportunity to go again and try more.. a must try if you're passing through or staying in Roswell

I tend to eat pretty big portions, but their breakfast burrito with a side of hashbrowns is big enough to serve as both breakfast and lunch for me, and cost as much as a burrito from Burrito Express, and can be ready to go if you call ahead 10 minutes. The wait staff is hospitable and kind.

Staff was friendly and welcoming! Chips, salsa and guacamole were fresh, so were the tortillas. I had the stacked enchiladas Christmas style and they were amazing! The chicken soup was delicious, full of veggies and lots of chicken. The asado plate was also very good, the sauce was perfect. Portions were outstanding and had plenty for left overs. We will definitely be coming back. Atmosphere was nice, mostly because I felt like I was just eating with my family. Lunch just a little over $50.00
