I love the aspect of family owned, you can tell the waitress/servers were generations of tias/nieces/cousins.However I wanted not spicy enchiladas and I was suggested to find an option that wasn’t enchiladas. I got a torta that less two hours later killed my stomach. I was disappointed that my partner got the enchilada plate that had three different options and one of them ended up not spicy. Then we found a hair in the Chile rellenos and the batter was too thick.The other two adults that joined us enjoyed their meal.The horchata and the pistacho aqua we’re really good..

Authentic Mexican food. The salsa was a little too spicy for my tastes, but it was still good. The chicken flautas were honestly much too overdone, a little burnt. The rice and beans were delicious, and guacamole. The main star was the chicken enchiladas with white sauce. Amazing! I would go back just for those alone.

This is a really good Mexican restaurant and our server was amazing. I felt small in there, because the tables are huge and the food portions are twice what I’m used to. Haha. But seriously, the portions are big as they load a lot of food on your plate. The enchiladas are really good and they have kid options too which was great for our little ones. I ordered the pistachio aqua Fresca and it was really sweet and had a bright, mint green color. Sort of in theme with Roswell and the green aliens I guess. This place is really good and you get tons of value eating here. I recommend this place if you’re in Roswell.
My 2 girlfriends and I went to eat. We all decided on the taco salad. We all agreed that it was delicious and fresh. The server was delightful and efficient. I will definitely return!

When we get there there was 3 dirty tables, the waitress had the worst attitude and you could tell she did not like working there. I ordered the 2 pork chops and she comes back to tell me that they didn't have any so i tell her I'll get the flautas, then my boyfriend wanted 2 tacos de barbacoa and she right away said that they would sell 4 and could not be only 2, the agua de melon had milk in it and it was not a agua fresca and my coffee was cold. I'm definitely not going back there. Don't recommend.
