Honestly, this place is a joke. Every time I go in, they refuse to serve me more than one beer, even if I’m dining in. If I order takeout, forget it – no beer at all. It’s honestly baffling. I’ve never been to a restaurant with such a ridiculous, inconsistent policy. It’s clear they don’t care about regular customers who want to enjoy a simple meal with a drink. Food is ok nothing great.

Horrible customer service. I asked the lady at the front counter for a sirloin supreme and she gave me a steak combo. There's clearly a difference and she wanted to argue with me about what I ordered and I know what I don't eat which is what I was given so I was trying to make it correct and she just said she could charge me for another burrito but this wasn't my fault. Horrible 0 out of five stars if I could give it blanca e was her name And then I could hear her talking with her coworker about it before I could even get far enough away like come on

They just stole our money. My uncle wanted an asada torta and they didn't explained to him the difference between asada and asado, which my uncle has never heard of asado or had it before and he is allergic to pork. We asked to get it replaced they change the order but they never brought the food to him and then later on said they were not going to give him the food nor his money back. They are thief don't go eat here.
Ordered 3 things and it took 30 min + burritos and more would've had it out in half the time and they weren't busy!!!

This place sure went down hill ! No cups to put salsa just lids and they would only give you one styrofoam little cup . Dirty dishes piled on all the tables ,I had to clear one myself so my sister and I could sit down . The employee s were very snippy almost to the point of rude. Waited forever for our food . What a bad experience, we will NEVER go to this place again .What good is a salsa bar if you can't order enough little cups so your customers can use it. Oh , some people were putting the salsa on the tiny lids ...held maybe a teaspoon or less 🤣🤣😂😂
