Stopped by to get some crazy bread and a cheese bread. The crazy bread was overcooked had to remove the top of it to eat it. The crazy pepperoni puff order for the first time where not good will not be ordering again. The cheese bread was not bad but also a bit over cooked.
They took to long to make the pizza said it would be ready at a certain time and it was not had to wait an extra 25 minutes for the pizza and Italian cheese sticks and all of the food was cold. They need to have adults working there not kids standing around talking about nonsense.

Excellent great company not too greedy pizza is amazing. Papa John has come a long way. It is so much more affordable then the rest of the group and truly is the best pizza around that actually gets to your house at the exact time they say. A roll model for the rest of thee food changes

Pizza ordered and paid for online at 8:02 pm. Was not ready until 8:45 pm. Pizza undercooked. Customer behind us in drive thru kept honking and honking non-stop. Staff did nothing to address. We were asked to circle back around twice as was everyone else. Staff was in disarray. Inside store, it was observed 10-12 pizzas were handed to customers at the counter. Made appearance drive thru orders were ignored or put on the back burner.We enjoy the pizza and we hope management receives better training on multi-tasking.

Waited over 30 mins. Was told my order was made wrong and re-made. Waited longer, still got the wrong pizza and not a slice mark in sight. Even the crazy bread wasn't fully sliced! So, not only was the order messed up, but it was also hard to eat. ?Staff was friendly, and the pizza was hot at least.
