Get the Green Cile Jack burger with double chilies, it's wonderful! Chips the way I like them, strong enough to hold a big load of salsa, and the salsa was delicious. I recommend!

The service is stellar. Alexandra our waitress is very attentive, her customer service skills are amazing. The food is excellent. I had the combination plate and enjoyed every bite. We are in Roswell one more day, we are looking forward to enjoying another meal at Los Cerritos. I highly recommend this restaurant. Authentic and great service.

I’ve found queso to be different in other parts of the world. Seems like it is made with a chicken broth or something here, so doesn’t have the same texture. Alas, for a quick lunch (fajita), it served its purpose, but was hoping for better in my one stop in Roswell NM.

If you are looking for authentic, soulful Mexican food in Roswell, look no further. This isn't your typical commercialized chain; the food here tastes truly homemade and full of flavor.
We ordered the Shrimp Gobernador tacos, and they were absolutely amazing—perfectly seasoned and fresh. From the moment we sat down, we were impressed; the chips were already on the table, warm and crispy, paired with a salsa that was perfectly spiced.
The service really put it over the top. Our server, Jhovany was equally awesome—attentive, friendly, and efficient.
I can’t recommend Los Cerritos highly enough. We will definitely return the next time we are in town!

Locally owned, the food here is awesome! We had combo plates with enchilada with red sauce and chili relleno. Plus a taco. Margaritas were good! JHovany was our waiter and he was so great!!!
