The service was horrible. We ordered food, and they didn't check to see if it was right, and they didn't even come to see if we wanted the bill, I had to go up and ask for it.

Poor service. There were about 4–6 servers working on a Sunday evening, yet most tables were not clean and were left with food and leftovers. A group of the servers were sitting together eating instead of keeping up with the cleanliness of the restaurant. On top of that, the staff was extremely loud and used inappropriate language, with constant cursing that was very unprofessional. Because of this experience, I most likely will not be eating here again.

Well called first and I knew price has gone up but from one month to another it has doubled on small menudo... its cheaper getting large for 13.50 compared to small for 11.87. And we got home and they scraped bottom cause my daughters was burnt tripe. Was told on phone 7.50 for small,

My husband tried ordering food and the worker was not paying attention whatsoever. He had to repeat himself several times until the girl passed the phone to someone else. The other girl did the exact same thing and my husband finally got irritated and told the girl, you're not even paying attention to what I'm asking or saying. The server at this point decides to say, what else were you wanting?? Finally my husband said, I don't want anything, I don't want to place an order an order anymore. They hung up. As long as they keep these young girls there working and not paying attention, we won't be returning.
