Food is good, but service is almost always a miss. It’s important you repeat your order to them and check if you’re picking up. Order is somehow wrong 9/10 times and no real apologies on mistakes they really do not care so you have to be stern with them as well. Other than that the foods good.

I came in early asking for Shrimp Cocktail. I was not disappointed. The dish was a cool, refreshing mix of shrimp, avocado cucumber, jalapeno, cilantro, spices and tomato juice. Lime, pico de gayo, and onion were served on the side. No carbs, No suger. This was perfect for a hot day. The young ladies that helped me were kind and patient.

The food was delicious, but very slow. Their meat was well seasoned and perfectly cooked, and went very well with the beans, rice, vegetables, and tortillas it was served with. The French fries were also very tasty.

Customer service sucks, every time I go to get my food they ignore me, always tells me I need exact cash because their card machine is down or broken. Constantly gives me and attitude will not order from them anymore

Tried a breakfast burrito from there. Very disappointing. Was nothing but potato and a little meat. Very dry. Thank heavens for their salsa that assisted in my being able to swallow it down. I've never gone to a Mexican restaurant and not had chile- which we requested, cheese and a decent amount of meat on my breakfast burrito.. For $8.. it was a small sized, dry disappointment. Their menudo was great though :)
My brother and I went in for brunch was seated promptly. The server to go drink order right away which was a plus. Chips and salsa we're very excellent. I had the two eggs and pancake highly recommend. Would definitely dine at Los novillos again.

The meat we bought was un edible and smelt bad we took a little bit of the meat back to the carnicería so she can see how bad it was and she said we could only get our money back for the sample of meat we brought her which was 11$ and we paid around thirty something dollars, but at end of the day I don’t think she really cared because we couldn’t even get an apology out of the owner.
