The service was great. The food was disgusting. I had the chimichanga. I have never had ground beef as bad as what was on the plate I was served. 7 years in the army and I would take the worst field rations over this, omelette MRE included. This place used to be good. What I was served was absolutely depressing.

The food was excellent, the waitress was Susan, and extremely polite after 22 yrs of being employed here. I walked in from the hot sun and the air was perfect . I am definitely coming back...

I looked at the reviews from this restaurant and it said this was the place to go for mexican food in town. I was gravely disappointed. The green and red chili definitely can from a can and the meat was tasteless. Even if I don't like the food I am not one to leave food on my plate. At this place I did. I couldn't even finish my meal. My stomach was immediately upset upon finishing part of my meal. This is not authentic and the only people that probably enjoy this restaurant are old white people.
We were passing through and the lady at the museum referred us here for lunch. I'm glad we went. The server was great and friendly. The food was delicious. I had thr shredded chicken taco salad and my husband had the Mexican chicken fried steak. Definitely would recommend this place.

We have enjoyed Martin's Cafe a couple times when traveling through Roswell. My family loves the excellent food and friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back again.
