my family of 7 & I went here for an early dinner (about 5pm), the servers didn't seem like they were very busy yet it took 10 minutes before we got chips/salsa on our table & then another 7 minutes before our server took our drink order. took another nearly 15 mins before 3 of us got our beers. the food came out quick & was alright. it didnt blow my mind & there were a couple mistakes (like guacamole not being put on the side as asked for, green sauce instead of red, forgotten beans... for a restaurant with a max occupancy amount of 40, poor service like this is unacceptable.

Food and service was great. If you are a white table cloth type, this may not be for you. Portion was very good. Red salsa with chips was the best I have had in any Mexican, Spanish, restaurants. Next time I am in town this will be my go to restaurant.

I hat to give such a low rating, but this was a very disappointing dining experience. The food was very okay. The chips were stale. I got the combo plate which came with a taco, an enchiladas, and poblano. On the plate though, everything ran together and drowning in sauce and cheese, but not in a good way. My mom got the cheese enchiladas, but it was shedded cheese that was not even melted all the way. The service was fun, but really got me was the atmosphere. When you walk in, you just get the feeling that everything is dirty. The table had crumbs, our seats were ripped, and our table was right next to the kitchen and the phone, so there was a lot of noise. I would not eat here again.

I've been going to Martin's the last 15 years as we go every time we visit our family in Roswell. Their food is always good and the wait staff is always friendly. The prices are fantastic as well. I love their Huevos Rancheros.

Update: I had the bacon and green chile breakfast burrito and it was superb! This is one of my favorite places to eat for breakfast!

Roswell May be famous for aliens, but it should be famous for Martin's. We eat here every time we're in town and it's something our entire family looks forward to.

We make a habit of eating here every time we’re in town. Always accommodating, quick and delicious. Impressed enough we look forward to it in advance. Family friendly, small town feel.
