My mom and I found this jewel while traveling through Roswell. Great central location with plenty of public parking across the street. This restaurant has a very welcoming hometown atmosphere. Walked in at 1:56 PM on a Saturday and sat down within seconds. We got to choose our seats. We were greeted by a server by 1:58 pm. By 2PM we had drinks, chips, and salsa. The please looked clean. No crumbs on the tables. A light bulb was out on the ceiling lights, and everything had been restocked on the tables. Not too busy at this time. I ordered the stuffed sopapilla.
At 2:04 pm the food arrived. Wow. That was quick. Almost as fast as Jimmy John's.

Food is always delicious, they've saved me a couple of times when I've been in a pinch for dinner and not had time to cook! The trays of enchiladas are absolutely amazing.
