Coffee is just awful, got the vanilla, so bitter thought it was just black coffee, when I asked they said that there's already vanilla, really bitter start to my morning, would not recommend for mornings.

Doesn’t know how to get orders correct, they give out other peoples orders to the wrong people. They don’t pay attention to when customers request certain items off the sandwiches because either they don’t like that item or they are allergic to it.

I exclusively order online from this location and am constantly disappointed. After working a 12 hour shift I want to put in an order and pick it up after no more than 5-10 minutes of waiting, but that never happens. As I’m writing this review, I’m currently waiting going on 25 minutes for an order of 3 sandwiches, fries, and a drink. This has to be the LEAST competent group of people I’ve ever seen.

This has to be the slowest place ever. Order on line,go for pick up and it takes over 30 minutes of waiting after spending 15 minutes in drive up lane.
I've only been through the drive-thru but they're very efficient at moving cars through there even at busy times. I've only ordered the filet-o-fish and double cheeseburger. I imagine everything gets thrown together rapidly because sometimes the cheese is hanging half way out of the sandwich so I need to straighten it up before I can eat it.

The night crew was really disrespectful the girl at the back window, then we were waiting for a Carmel frappe medium and they had us pull to #1 waited 15-20 minutes and nothing went back around told the lady she told me to pull up to next window why am I waiting there” & was told to pull again all for a frappe that they were making it” and I said no then they came to the window and asked what flavor it was but they started making it? Worst customer service while they left the window open and you can hear them talking about the customers, and talking crap about us.
