Gets my order wrong EVERY TIME. HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT NO ONIONS ON A SANDWICH?! OMG. I'm so done with this place.
UPDATE: MADE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. THEY NEVER. EVER. EVER. PUT EVERYTHING I ASK FOR ON MY FOOD. ONCE AGAIN YOU RUINED MY DINNER CONGRATULATIONS ON BEING THE WORST MCDONALD'S I'VE EVER BEEN TO.

Yesterday we went through the drive through for breakfast. They had a sign posted for steak and eggs bagel meal deal for $5. That looked great. Well the young man taking our order seemed clueless and after a few minutes at the window were told that deal was no longer true. Thus we drove away with no breakfast and hit with false advertising. So disappointed

Every time we order food especially breakfast at work we constantly have issues with orders being canceled and food being cold.

EMS ordered breakfast before 10:30. Arrived at 10:31 due to an emergency call. Order got canceled online and staff refused to make the order. If this is how they treat first responders, we will not be going to this establishment anymore. Have had several issues like this with the north store. Since Nic Snowberger hasn't been the owner, their service has gone downhill. Ridiculous

After several issues with missing or incorrect items, I’ve begun checking the bag before leaving the store. Recently ordered a green chile double cheeseburger and fries. I receive it and it’s incorrect, only one slice of cheese making this a McDouble. I ask them to correct this, they bring me another McDouble. When I explain to them what’s wrong, they tell me that’s how the double cheese burger is made and I would have to add an extra slice of cheese to get what I want. Tired of the back and forth I ask for a refund. After several minutes of waiting I’m refunded only the burger. They kept my fries.

I will walk out of every McDonalds that ignores me into using that germ infested touch screen. Its disgusting to have to touch before getting food and they are never clean. Gross and time consuming.

Had to leave after waiting about 30 min for one order for my lunch at work not getting that tonight. Will not be going there again. My order was 600 today payed for never was able to get lost my business for now on will never go back. Will be starving tonight because of this.
