Absolutely garbage service. I have gone several times in the evening and it has been terrible each time. I try to avoid writing negative reviews like this but I couldn't help it this time. I ordered online and arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes later. I went straight to the register and was ignored while they helped everyone in the line first. Didn't have my order ready and had to make it once I asked for it

I just went through drive thru and asked for a bowl of fried rice and broccoli beef. I was told I’d have to wait 5 minutes for them to make more, which I was completely fine with. I got home and looked at what I was given. Legit only like 5 small pieces of beef and the rest is rice… if you’re gonna have a wait for new food why did you give almost nothing??

The food was gross. Dry chow mein, dry bland fried rice, and the broccoli beef only had 1 single tiny piece on beef with a lot of undercooked hard broccoli. The only decent thing was the cream cheese ragoons. Will not be returning to this location.

Showed up at the drive thru almost 20 mins after opening. Didn't get a response at the intercom even after waiting several minutes and trying to communicate. Pulled up to the window and was greeted by a rude employee (Rosa). She made it seem as if we were an inconvenience to her for showing up. Corporate has been contacted and informed of details as the whole unpleasant experience was unnecessary.
