Absolute garbage service after my order wasn’t delivered. They said it has left their store and isn’t their problem. Manager has zero customer service priority after a customers order isn’t delivered. Never eat here you will not receive any level of good service.

By far, the worst pizza in Roswell. Cheese wasn't melted, was super doughy, and took forever....just a bad pizza experience. Not sure if Papa John's is going down hill, or if this location just hires sub par staff, but it was bad. I've had in other towns, and was great. Spend your money elsewhere. This location should pack it in.

Yesterday I ordered a large pepperoni, only to receive a medium. This is the second time in a row, the exact same thing. My husband took it back in within 5 minutes of pick-up. The only employee working said she was alone, and trying her best. It was Labor day, I did feel really sorry for her, but regardless my order shouldn't be messed up this many times.
It was remade, and we received another medium pizza, instead of a large. The picture included is the remake of the large pizza I ordered, that was a medium.
I paid for a large, and got a medium twice, and a medium on a large remake. Its ridiculous, I have been going here over 5 years, and never had this kind of problems. It's unfortunate, I don't want to really buy from here anymore. Maybe we'll retry in a few months, and see if its improved, otherwise wont be back.

Yeah so I ordered a pizza paid my money- waited an hour before the “Manager” called to say that the oven was broke sorry for the inconvenience that they will refund my money but because of the inconvenience they offered me a free pizza next time just ask for the manager- so I waited a week- mind you I didn’t ask for a free pizza the manager offered it- but when I called back the manager said that they could honor it because they had already refunded me- which I would have been perfectly fine with that but they are the ones that offered it- yeah so the service ever since the manager David has been there really has gone down- I won’t be ordering from there again-
