We went to Roswell for the Alien Festival. During that time we went to the Pasta Cafe twice because it was so outstanding! They make their own pasta and bread. The staff was very friendly and gave excellent service. We would highly recommend this restaurant. Also it has charm from the outside and inside.
Underrated and overlooked!! Excellent food. Options include classic Italian dishes, Italian with a New Mexican twist, and rotating daily features. Accompanied by a warm and welcoming crew. A must try!!!

We ordered the Caesar salad with chicken. It’s probably the worst Caesar salad I’ve ever had, The chicken was pale, no flavor and no color and it was cold. Their homemade Caesar dressing had no flavor at all.Terrible. We ordered water with lemon. It was most definitely tapwater. Not what I expected.

The food was delicious. The gluten free pasta was good. We had a side salad with vinegar and oil and it was delicious. Wonderful cozy atmosphere. My husband said the food was “Out of this world!”

Anthony was a super professional server and made sure our lunch was perfect.
I was initially concerned as we were like the only two diners in at the time, albeit off hours (~2:30pm). However, the service was great and the food didn’t disappoint! I recommend the mozzaluna (fried provolone I think?) and the green chili chicken linguine I think it was. My son had the kid’s ravioli and loved it!

We eat at this place every few months. Most recently we were there for our wedding anniversary. The service this time was not good given that the waiter only came to collect our order and pick up his 20% tip. The level of service was less than usual. The table was very wobbly and the manager had to find something to prop up a leg so our glasses would not topple over. My salmon was not cooked properly and the stuff they added on top detracted from it.
We have noticed that the employee turnover is astonishingly high here and it is rare for employees to stay more than a month or two. There must be a lot of dissatisfaction.
Regardless, in spite of lots of visitors to the city, Roswell has few comfortable places to eat and so we are likely to eat here again.

Everything was great. The food was delicious. My server was kind and prompt. I had to grab my laptop to do some work and the entire staff was patient as I ran to my car to grab it. Manager greeted me to ask that all was okay. Very great experience. New to the area (I was visiting for a job interview) but I will be back.
