The atmosphere here is fantastic. We walked in late after a long day traveling and were greeted by live music and pleasant staff. We also loved the beef wellington bites and all of the Pecos red blend wines. Stop in for a drink or a bite and you won't be disappointed!

I eat here every 6 months as I pass through town. They have amazing service, beautiful atmosphere, and my FAVORITE Sandwich! Turkey with green chili jelly and avocado. It pairs very well with the Pecos Flavors Pinot Gregio or Chardonnay. A huge selection of New Mexico wines are available and I've never been disappointed in the house wine, especially their red, Pecos Pleasures. Bonus: well behaved dogs are allowed in the outdoor patio dining area.

Our waitress was very nice. Our lunch was also wonderful.

This was my first visit to Pesos Flavors Winery and Bistro since it switched from Tinnie Mercantile, and honestly it was disappointing. The food is just not good anymore. You can really taste the downgrade in quality — the ingredients seem much cheaper now, and the dishes just do not hit the way they used to.
The service also leaves more than a little to be desired. It felt scattered and inattentive, nothing like the warm, consistent service Tinnie Mercantile had.
On top of that, I’ve heard the new owners treated the old management really poorly, which makes the whole change even sadder.
Overall, the place has gone downhill since the switch, and I do not think I’ll be coming back.

Amazing food and service! Rudy is so friendly and is a pleasure to work with. The help and knowledge made our big event so easy.

Ive gone many times and always enjoyed the service and food but this time we werent even attended, we were seated with the menus, and waited for 20 minutes while others were being attended. It was not empty but also wasnt super busy being that the staff was entertained amungst themselves rather than customers. Eventually we decided to leave.

Great lunch experience. Grilled Caesar Salad was terrific. Very good salad selection.
One meal was accidentally not ordered so there was a bit of a delay.

What a great place. Traveling from FL and Geri was our amazing hostess. Recommend the Dos Equis “dressed” and the berry cider. LOVED the Caesar salad and the pumpkin butter board. Highly recommend

This place exceeded expectations for sure. The green chile burger was phenomenal. Huge juicy patty. Flavorful chiles. Perfectly crisp bacon. Really good. Alien IPA also better than expected.

Last weekend, I made a reservation for 17 people. I was told they would put us in the bistro room, because our party was so big. I assumed it was going to be separate tables in the room. When we arrived a BEAUTIFUL long table for 17 was fully set for our party. The staff went above and beyond. They didn’t even know it was for a surprise birthday, but they made it extra special and the service was Amazing!

The food is great. However, the service definitely is subpar and tends to particular parties. My girlfriend and I went for dinner. We ordered a charcuterie board that was missing items. We barely got any refills. My girlfriend had to take our drinks to the bar for refills that were nonalcoholic. When we ordered, I had a side salad that never came. I asked if it could be removed from my bill. They never removed it. We had a gift card that we had check with the owner previously and was told it was valid. The winery wouldn’t accept our gift card. The Server would walk right past us when I would call her. The server didn’t even really check on us- overall, it was a terrible experience…

Got and old fashioned and a burger, Charcuterie board and food for a few people. Food was decent drink was ok. Charcuterie board was really good though. Biggest issue was the bread in my burger completely disintegrated after my first bite. So it made a huge mess and I ended up just eating the patty with a fork and knife. The rest of the people seemed happy with their food. I will Probably give the place another shot but was disappointed in the burger.

My favorite restaurant in town. Great atmosphere and food, amazing service, and I love the craft beer available on tap and to go. My personal favorites are the salmon and filet mignon. They have live music on some weekdays too.
