Big selection of NM Wines and Beer A nice place to relax and try the local wines and beers. The bistro serves up some delicious Hors d'oeuvre trays and sandwiches, to go with the wines. The beer and wine selection on hand is huge. The wait staff’s service could have been a little more attentive, but over all a very good relaxing experience.

We were unsure where to have dinner; no chain i can get at home, and when i saw wine, we decided to try it. What a hidden gem! It's beautifully decorated, great ambiance, friendly, professional servers, and the wine and food was delicious! Misty was a joy to have as a server. Well done! The wine is always good but I have been here 3 times in a row now and not one time have I had a properly cooked steak (overcooked on medium rare). The service is kind but often confuses our orders and mismatches our meals. At this point I’m not sure if I’m being messed with or if this is just the norm and people just don’t notice. They make great artichokes though

A screw in a sidewall south of Carlsbad while on vacation sent us north to Roswell to find a tire to fit the rims. Pecos Flavors was a random pick and turned out to be a great find in Roswell. Salmon and Steak mains were excellent for the price. The wines are featured from Arizona. I’m not effusive about the local wine production but they are inexpensive and drinkable. Walking into the place - it’s lively, well attended for a Wednesday night, and would become a staple for me if I lived here. Well done!
