I love peppers and go often but domt get anything other than a sandwhich or burger. Their cookie dessert is really good! I love this place

Delish! Tastes homemade like my New Mexican grandma's cooking! Thank you for being authentic and traditional!

This is the place to go for the quintessential New Mexico green chili cheeseburger. Made to order and the sauce gives the perfect blend of sweet and heat.

Server was Katie. She was 5/5. The food was very good. It was a nice quiet place to eat dinner. My wife had the Verde Chicken. The green sauce can be VERY HOT. She had some milder and the hot on the side. The southwest blend was a spicy sweet corn that was excellent. She started with the chicken tortilla soup. Also very good. The house margarita was good. The alien ale was excellent. I had the carne tacos. I should have asked for some hotter salsa. If we’re in Roswell again we will deficit go back.

For Roswell, NM it’s fine but done expect anything special. Very average Mexican food. Service was good and we didn’t wait long for a table.
I had heard that Peppers' Prime Rib was good, so on this trip through Roswell I stopped to a Prime Rib Dip. The good - stealth fries were hot and crispy. The Bad - crappy slaw and au jus was flavorless. The ugly - the Rib Dip was on what could pass for a dinner roll...the pickle was bigger than the sandwich. And the burger setup (lettuce, tomato, onion) looked like it was made 3 days ago and left out. I never complain about paying more for good food, but $16 plus for this plate was NOT value. The place was full, so they must do something right, but this was a big disappointment.
First visit was great! Glad we decided to go local on our way through Roswell. If they served sweet potato fries, my wife would be in heaven!

We had some really delicious food here on Saturday night. My husband had the mushroom burger, and I had the steak fajita salad. Both were delicious! Our server Stephanie was so nice, friendly and helpful, and she took care of our 9-member party like a professional! We had reserved the back room, and that was a brilliant decision because we had plenty of room and privacy for our poet group. This restaurant is great for both intimate groups and large ones and can accommodate either very nicely!

Awesome service and the food was yummy!
On a Saturday night, go to the grocery store, buy some frozen foods, use the microwave at your hotel and put anything on the TV but brain-rot news and you'll enjoy your dinner and money saved better than eating here.
