The place is old and rundown, and the staff act like they're doing you a favor by acknowledging you. The shift was all young guys who were more interested in chatting among themselves than serving customers. The manager lacks basic manners and doesn’t know how to treat people—no "thank you," no "you’re welcome," and no willingness to help. Even though the place was nearly empty, the food was cold, and it felt like the wings had been sitting out for hours, drinks were all flat in flavor. The restroom was filthy and not suitable for kids, and the tables were covered with food while the floor was a mess. This place desperately needs maintenance, both in the building and the staff. If the employees don’t like dealing with people, they should find another job. I won’t be stopping here again—I'd rather drive to El Paso for a fresh and friendly experience.

The pizza is great and they keep the line full, buffet. Not only that but since we were evacuated from ruidoso, he let us eat free. Thank you Lord for these fine folks in Roswell.
Changed the games to a card which cost more and their games are always broken now my kids really can't play when we go and all I can hear is them ask a 1000 times
