Pizza on the buffet was cold and flavorless. Buffet and soda dispensing areas were sticky and needed wiping down. Atmosphere consisted of crying kids and someone screaming. We are a piece of pizza each and left.We won't be going back.

Employees ask you to sit at tables only and they're all dirty. If it wasn't for my grandkids I wouldn't step foot into this place. Let's not forget about the games $150 for 2 pizzas, 5 drinks and games. Roswell need a better place for the kids. If it was a decent place I wouldn't mind paying $150 for my grandkids.

The place is old and rundown, and the staff act like they're doing you a favor by acknowledging you. The shift was all young guys who were more interested in chatting among themselves than serving customers. The manager lacks basic manners and doesnât know how to treat peopleâno "thank you," no "youâre welcome," and no willingness to help. Even though the place was nearly empty, the food was cold, and it felt like the wings had been sitting out for hours, drinks were all flat in flavor. The restroom was filthy and not suitable for kids, and the tables were covered with food while the floor was a mess. This place desperately needs maintenance, both in the building and the staff. If the employees donât like dealing with people, they should find another job. I wonât be stopping here againâI'd rather drive to El Paso for a fresh and friendly experience.
