Staff will help you when they see you or you shout out to them, every time I pick up my pizza I always have to shout out for some help and they have a door bell letting the staff know you came in, and it even says front door when the door is opened so it's kinda funny no one comes and helps you unless you get there attention but the pizza is delicious and it don't take long for your order to be ready just know you'll have to speak up if you need anything.

I ordered a thin crust pizza today. It wasn't a thin crust, it was a mashed down dough pizza. If they don't have thin crust, they should tell you. I was very disappointed with the pizza. I won't be going back. ?

Went to take advantage of the new buffet, had one slice of pizza and a modest portion of pasta. When paying out found it to be 11.99 plus 2.29 for a tea. Total for me and a friend over 26 dollars. Jesus Christ guys it’s a lunch buffet???

Had the buffet. Food was decent but would of liked more choices, mainly every pizza was pepperoni with sausage or pineapple or cheese pizza. Should of just ordered a pizza and went home.

the pizza dough was still raw. there was hardy any cheese, the toppings were lacking and fell off when I picked up a piece. we had to recook it. if I wanted to cook my own, I would have gone to Papa Murpheys. no more pizza hut for me.

The manger is unprofessional has an attitude thunks she something special and shes probably 380 pounds but she has no skills or has any customer service you dont answer the phone yeah what do u want she thinks she is tough but then calls the cops u are nothing. Big bertha lol and the odor is really bad coming from herand thats the manger how could u have some one work like that especially in mangement i will never eat thier again

Went here yesterday 5 in our party we ordered the lunch buffet the food was ok the service was TERRIBLE!! Took forever to get our drinks then even longer to get refills. For the majority of the time we were there. There wasn’t any of the staff even in sight. When my daughter went to pay the ticket they asked how it was, so she answered honestly. When we walked out they actually said please don’t come back. Then they attempted to pick a fight with me. Bad idea! Never again will that pizza hut get my money
