First time here and last time!! Came for the butterflied shrimp that’s on your on line menu, only to find out that it’s not available. Ordered popcorn shrimp with fries and slaw and 5 piece chicken strips. Fries were STONE cold as well as the popcorn shrimp. Chicken was good, but was the only good thing we had. I should have looked at your Google ratings (2.5) before visiting. The counter server also has a crappy attitude. Always wondered why I don’t ever see many cars at you place and now I know why……. You guys will never make it at this rate!!!

I love Popeyes. Die hard life long customer. Food is good and predictable, consistent. This particular location, I order about every other week, people are nice. Food is fine. But listen, 50% of the time I order online and pickup, and get home and it’s wrong. Not just kinda wrong, like missing all the sides, or the biscuits, and then I’ll be damned if they don’t act like you insulted their mother if you check your order and then DO find it’s lacking. I’m not poor, I’m not out to rip off a chicken joint, if I tell you that the mashed potatoes aren’t in the bag don’t argue, look with your own eyes and give me a I pay for. Eat here, order here, check your sack before you drive away, it’s literally wrong HALF the time . Do better Roswell

I have came the this location at least ten times and every single time I either have to wait for 30-45 minutes and get forgotten about most of the time, or the order is messed up, EVERY TIME, this last time I got sent out with less biscuits then what I ordered, and when I went back in and told the guy he was like the biscuits are almost done, meaning he was gonna send me off without the stuff I paid for KNOWINGLY, step your game up Popeyes smh

Stopped by here when we were in town from San Antonio because we had a Popeyes craving lol! After reading the reviews we debated.... but thought Positive and are so glad we came in!! The chicken was Absolutely 💯 fresh and delicious!! Prev. review said it was over-cooked. Fries and mashed potatoes were equally fresh and delicious too!! Went to compliment the Manager about our Awesome Experience and found out Cristina was the New Manager for barely a week now and that the Employees working with her were also New! They were all working hard and/or tending to customers and cooking!. There was an elderly lady cleaning the lobby and she was ON IT!! It was cleaner that I've ever seen one before 😊 Great job!! 🏆 to u and all ur staff Cristina and to the VP for listening to it's customers and fixing the past issues!!!! 💕

I never eat at POPEYES for over 18 years and I thought to try it again. The food is a lot better but service still not is rude and mean. They give you dirty looks or attitude and 3rd time I tried I still received the same response. I always end up getting cold soggy sad fry’s. I think this will be my last time eating here and I can see the previous reviews why I should leave as well.

I have came to Popeyes 4 months ago and I received my Soda with no ice I then asked them why didn’t they tell me there isn’t ice didn’t get a response I then go again today and then again they had no ice the lady at the window was so friendly and said to me “I’ve tried to tell Management but he doesn’t care” highly disappointed!!

This is the worst Popeyes ever. They don't have ice for their drinks and says it's been a problem for months but refuse to fix it. The chicken took 20 mins to get after I ordered it. Don't go there at all.

I read some bad reviews and should have listened. I asked for spicy 4 piece all dark meat and got not spicy and white/dark meat. The leg was undercooked, the thigh and breast tasted old and flavorless. In from out of town so tossed it in the trash and went for something else. Waste of money. Very disappointing.
