0 ⭐️ needed….. Paid $11 for this popcorn shrimp and a medium iced tea at the Roswell Nm store, rip off don’t eat there. The lady said yes that’s 1/4 lb have a nice day.

Stopped by Popeyes coming from Albuquerque on our way home, hands down I was impressed with the service and the quality of the food. My chicken sandwich literally looked like the picture on the menu and tasted just as good! The rest of the food was amazingly good!

The food was horrible me and my husband got food poisoning I called and spoke to the supposedly manager Christina who was very very rude and unprofessional and would not give me a refund she stated she would give me a store credit I informed her I would NEVER eat here again I told her once again I wanted a refund she then got very hostile with me over the phone and said fine she would refund me my money even if it came out of her own pocket. Mind you I live 45 minutes away i drove back to the location for the specific reason of getting my money back and she refused I told her that I drove all this way back because she told me she was going to refund me my money. And apparently every employee working on this shift were managers and everyone of those employees were extremely rude and unprofessional as well she then threatened to call the police on me I told her to go ahead I in fact called the police myself since she had already threatened me with that and I know the police could do nothing but I was covering myself. I asked for corporates number she stated there is not a corporate number and refused to help me in any way. That entire store needs to have a retraining on common courtesy and respect and for the supposedly manager (Christina) she is beyond rude, hostile disrespectful and very unprofessional. I can't believe you have such a rude employee (manager). There should be repercussions for all the employees working that shift to be retrained or fired! Especially the the very very rude and disrespectful manager Christina!!!! I will inform people that I received food poisoning and how badly I was treated by the entire staff working that shift on Friday 8.22.25 @4:59pm. I might have gave it another chance but after the way I was treated I will NEVER go back or recommend anybody to go to this location!! And word of mouth goes a long way in a small town!!!! I did in fact get ahold of corporate even though the supposedly manager (Christina) told me there was not a phone number!! Everyone be careful eating at this Popeyes you will get food poisoning and on a side note when I went back Christina told me I don't look sick and said your here!!

Should have read the reviews. It was late we were hungry Crappy food crappy service We spent 20 minutes in the drive-thru line and there was only one person in front of us. Obviously they don't value their customers the reviews are clear proof of that Id steer clear of this location if I were you

First time here and last time!! Came for the butterflied shrimp that’s on your on line menu, only to find out that it’s not available. Ordered popcorn shrimp with fries and slaw and 5 piece chicken strips. Fries were STONE cold as well as the popcorn shrimp. Chicken was good, but was the only good thing we had. I should have looked at your Google ratings (2.5) before visiting. The counter server also has a crappy attitude. Always wondered why I don’t ever see many cars at you place and now I know why……. You guys will never make it at this rate!!!
