I recently visited this Popeyes location, eager for a satisfying meal. Unfortunately, the service and overall experience fell short.
We waited 35 minutes for our food, which was frustrating. More concerning, however, was the unprofessional behavior of a staff member in the back. He repeatedly touched his hair and picked his nose, displaying a lack of hygiene awareness.
The service itself was unacceptable – rude, disrespectful, and lacking basic manners. The staff seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic.
I genuinely want this location to succeed, but until they address these issues, I cannot recommend it. Popeyes deserves better representation.
Improvement Suggestions:
1. Improve order management to reduce lengthy wait times. 2. Emphasize staff hygiene and cleanliness awareness. 3. Effectively train staff on courteous customer service.
Until then, I'll take my business (and appetite) elsewhere.

I wanted to give them another try. The chicken was extremely dry and the oil was dark and old, just like last time. A shriveled up piece of chicken on my spicy chicken sandwich. I don't understand why they can't get anything right!

I live across town from Popeyes. I ordered the family bundle and only received the chicken and sides. Now they WILL NOT answer the phone. They left two chicken sandwiches worth $10 out of the bag. Now the only way I can contact them is by driving all the way over there and waiting in the long line.

90% of our order got mixed up, missing my side and the wrong amount of tenders in the boxes. Still good food and fairly new restaurant, but come on. We could hear the manager taking orders (yelling) across the restaurant.

I like their food, but they have a difficult time getting orders right. We ordered 3 spicy and 1 regular order of tenders, and none of the tenders were spicy. They forgot to give us our blackened ranch dressing, so I had to make a second trip to get it (by far not the first time I've had to make a second trip to correct an order), and they never offer anything for the extra time it takes to return to their location and correct their mistakes. If Church's Chicken were still in business here, Popeye's would go out of business. The sad part is that I like their food, but am just horribly disappointed by their sub-par service, and lack of attention to customer orders.

I found the chicken strips to be quite small and not at all tender. The sides were also small and the biscuits were dry and seemed somewhat stale.. Although the restaurant (which was quite clean) was not at all busy, I stood nearly ten minutes waiting for my order (which I think was overpriced for what was given). Eventually a worker asked if I'd like to order. I told them I already had and they had to look at my receipt to put my order together. Overall, my experience was not a satisfying one and i will not return there again.

Popeyes had great chicken in previous states I've been, sadly the employees very quickly ran this Popeyes to the ground. This store has been notorious for serving undercooked chicken along with very tiny strips and nuggets for the cost, along with very poor customer service to boot

I would give a 0 if I could. Never good service, and quality of food is a 2 at best! But my last experience did it for me. Went to drive through to pick up and online order, and it was about 7 pm....a total of 3 people. Me in drive thru and a couple eating inside. Get to window and they are waiting on my chicken. So I pull forward. Waiting about 10 min and a lady comes out and asks me if im waiting on food....well yes. So she runs in and comes out with 2 small bags. I had a $46 order. She apologizes and runs back in. So of course I pull aside and check order and I am missing an entire box of chicken. So I pull to front of store to go in. And my Mini Aussie is in car with me and it's 98 degrees so I'm not happy. I go in and tell them tmIm missing the chicken....after I stand at counter for 5 min so the guy working the drive through can finish dancing for his co workers. Then they question me over and over and don't want to give me the chicken especially the Manager she was the rudest. I have my receipt, they know who I am as I'm the only one there and was just in the drive thru. So I said just come search my car if you want but hurry this along as my Dog is in the car and it's extremely hot! And they still didn't want to give me the chicken. Finally they throw some chicken in a box and in a bag and half of it fell out of box into bag as they have no skill in food handling, customer service, or work ethic at all. And of course we get home and Food is cold, nuggets were old and they shorted us alot. Just a horrible experience and will be my last trip there. Sad.....Popeyes in other Cities and States have been great.....but this Popeyes is awful.

Hard a long day working in attics, once I came here for my food I need the restroom but there's nothing to wipe my self dry with nice.
Wad told I had to wait 12 minutes for Spicy chicken. Waited 15 and still got regular chicken. Sides were cold. Desert was cold.
