Please do not eat there the food is bad and service is rude and they forget about you my husband found a big stick in his beans and my baked loaded potatoe was hard couldn't even eat it we told the server and she didn't even try to make it right 3 other families had to complain about their food and service to and they didn't care of even apologize or try to make it right and they are way over priced !!!!
The service is quick, their bbq sandwich is delicious, and the chips were good and stayed good as leftovers, which is impressive!

The service was really great - unfortunately the food (BBQ) was overcooked and warm - not hot. Since it wasn’t busy, I guess we expected our food to be hot. The waitress was extremely apologetic and gave us some extra samples of different meats as they were also out of BBQ chicken. We had never been to a RibCrib before, they don’t have it where we live, but we have definitely had better BBQ. The restaurant looked like it could be really good - so when we visit Roswell again, we may give it another try.

The entire staff was all teenagers. They were not receptive. They were not at the required locations. It was chaotic. Our friends had requested a reservation for 16 but were told no. The staff said they don’t do reservations. We arrived to be told that they would not even set up the tables until half the party arrives. Fifteen minutes later, they put two tables together and separated the group into booths.
The wait staff hung out in groups playing with each other. Not attentive and they were rude! Disrespectful to us like we were good old friends. When the waiter was told that she had missed a person at the table, the waiter answered rudely by answering “what can I get for you GIRL!” We had to set our empty cups on the edges of the table and try to get her attention to get refills. Just unattentive and rude!
The food! DRY DRY DRY! I have had better food at the local fair! I had the three meat - chicken, turkey and sausage and it was like choking down cardboard that had been thrown in the oven with liquid smoke!!! We had queso for an appetizer and it was like eating watered cheese.
They had to open the door to remove the smoke from the building because it got so bad that everything was hazy and uncomfortable.
Bottom line is that the whole family was up all night with gastrointestinal problems and don’t even want to eat breakfast today.
Don’t eat it!!!! Stay away from it!!! Wait to eat barbecue from a place that won’t give you diarrhea and vomiting. Wait to eat from a place that respects you as a customer.

The chips and queso were good. However I still don't understand why anyone would give this restaurant a good review. The food was awful. Meat is dry. Ribs have barely any meat. I think there's garlic in the coleslaw because that's all I tasted. I'm from Texas but I'm pretty sure I'm not just being partial. It's AWFUL! DON'T waste your time or your money. Even the toast was dry.

The smell when you walk in is amazing. We really enjoyed our meals and it wasn't expensive to feed our family of five. In the video I forgot to show my food. I got a salad and loaded baked potato. I was focused on my youngest losing his tooth at that moment. But not because of the food. The ribs were so tender. Even the next day it was on fire. The was so good(I'm not a fan,but this was good) the baked beans were so good. The smoked chicken, brisket, pulled pork, ribs, even the cheese burger was delicious. A special shout out goes to Destiny. My son left his tooth at the table and she found it. She's the goat (.)! The tooth fairy had to pay out that night.
