The entire staff was all teenagers. They were not receptive. They were not at the required locations. It was chaotic. Our friends had requested a reservation for 16 but were told no. The staff said they don’t do reservations. We arrived to be told that they would not even set up the tables until half the party arrives. Fifteen minutes later, they put two tables together and separated the group into booths.
The wait staff hung out in groups playing with each other. Not attentive and they were rude! Disrespectful to us like we were good old friends. When the waiter was told that she had missed a person at the table, the waiter answered rudely by answering “what can I get for you GIRL!” We had to set our empty cups on the edges of the table and try to get her attention to get refills. Just unattentive and rude!
The food! DRY DRY DRY! I have had better food at the local fair! I had the three meat - chicken, turkey and sausage and it was like choking down cardboard that had been thrown in the oven with liquid smoke!!! We had queso for an appetizer and it was like eating watered cheese.
They had to open the door to remove the smoke from the building because it got so bad that everything was hazy and uncomfortable.
Bottom line is that the whole family was up all night with gastrointestinal problems and don’t even want to eat breakfast today.
Don’t eat it!!!! Stay away from it!!! Wait to eat barbecue from a place that won’t give you diarrhea and vomiting. Wait to eat from a place that respects you as a customer.

The chips and queso were good. However I still don't understand why anyone would give this restaurant a good review. The food was awful. Meat is dry. Ribs have barely any meat. I think there's garlic in the coleslaw because that's all I tasted. I'm from Texas but I'm pretty sure I'm not just being partial. It's AWFUL! DON'T waste your time or your money. Even the toast was dry.

The smell when you walk in is amazing. We really enjoyed our meals and it wasn't expensive to feed our family of five. In the video I forgot to show my food. I got a salad and loaded baked potato. I was focused on my youngest losing his tooth at that moment. But not because of the food. The ribs were so tender. Even the next day it was on fire. The was so good(I'm not a fan,but this was good) the baked beans were so good. The smoked chicken, brisket, pulled pork, ribs, even the cheese burger was delicious. A special shout out goes to Destiny. My son left his tooth at the table and she found it. She's the goat (.)! The tooth fairy had to pay out that night.

First time we’ve been here in years. They seem to have come a long way since we were last here. Great bbq. Everything was delicious. Only complaint was I had to remind them about the beans we ordered, and getting some bbq sauce to take home, as well as taking a bit longer than it probably should have to get greeted and get the food to me, (this was an online order). Overall, I can definitely recommend. If you haven’t been in a while, it’s worth a try again.

Took the family for lunch 5/25, last day of school this year...food was very good, our server was EXCELLENT, but the floor was sticky around and under our table and going into bathrooms. That's the ONLY reason for not giving 5 stars! A heads up to those who may be sensitive...it IS very smokey!

We loved it!! We got the endless Ribs with Endless sides and drink ($20-offered throughout June and on Tuesdays after 4) and a baked potato with brisket, sour cream, and shredded cheese on it($13), a side of mac and cheese, and 2 drinks for just under $50. Everything tasted good and was tender and juicy. 😋the staff were amazing, energetic, and happy. We will definitely will be back.

My coworker and I were on business down in Roswell. We were looking to find a local place to eat as we are from Albuquerque. After a long 4 hour drive we stumbled upon RibCrib. It smelled so delicious from Main St. Upon walking in we were seated and greeted by a very polite and courteous young man. We ordered the endless ribs and sides, along with a side of catfish. The ribs and sauce were so delicious. The okra and Mac and cheese were amazing. Catfish was very good as well. I am glad we did not got to a chain restaurant as I will be taking a trip back to Roswell just for this place alone. The young man who was our server did a great job of tending to his entire section, keeping tables tidy, and keeping all of us happy with refills on food and drinks. 5 star all the way.
