Finally made it out on a Sunday to try their bbq. We were not disappointed and it was worth the wait. Hands down the best in Roswell. We travel all around and try bbq everywhere we go. This is true Texas bbq with a twist of NM. Now we know where to go when my smoker isn’t going. Keep up the great work.
