I had a very simple order 2 mini nerds slush Rt 44 slush, medium slush and would you know nothing absolutely nothing was correct‼️‼️ I did notice one drink wrong at the window so I asked for the nerds candy he politely added them . I get home forget it alll the other slushes were wrong even had nerds in one that didn’t require any🤦🏼♀️ I asked for medium cranberry slush I got a medium cherry slush.ind you no straws or receipt. My husband an I rarely get sugar drinks today was the first time in months and it wasn’t worth the money at all. I did call to address the problem and the manager on duty couldn’t help me because the problem wasn’t on her shift . So I’m assuming I got my order during shift change. I don’t drink out others drinks that’s gross so I would not know there was an issue til the owner of the drink received it. This reminded me as to why not to go to sonic

Went with family going to Ruidoso New Mexico’s we came to sonic they took for ever to answer then to forever to get our food got chicken meal and got 5 pieces and tator tots I ask them for gravy he said rudely we don’t have gravy or toast it’s was like kids meal but charge me for dinner I would never go back it was horrible

Placed a pickup order through the app, checked in and waited for almost 25 min for my food. Got fed up no one was coming outside with my food while watching others get theirs. My food and drink had been sitting up in the counter for what I would assume was the entire time I was in the pick up spot due to my drink being watered down by the time I got to it. Also when the store is charging 30 cents a packet for condiments I would hope that the workers on site would be able to read and see that the condiments are on the order. Goodbye to the 2-3 dollars I spent on condiments. This entire town has been absolutely horrid as far as food quality and time to get the food out. If I talk about Roswell, it's going to be about service, not the aliens.

If you want your food "fast" go to another place. They are so slow it's not even funny. Don't go here if Google says it's busier than usual. You'll wait forever. I actually ordered through the app and only picked up. I went inside and there was 4 (!!!) employees standing around. Only one (the new guy which he mentioned to another customer) was actually taking orders. The other 3 were standing around. He asked me if I was picking something up and I said yes. But he had a long line of people so he took care of them. The other 3 didn't even bother to grab me bag from the shelf which I saw sitting there. After the new guy was done he handed it to me and apologized. He was good, but his colleagues deserve to be fired!
