I had a very simple order 2 mini nerds slush Rt 44 slush, medium slush and would you know nothing absolutely nothing was correct‼️‼️ I did notice one drink wrong at the window so I asked for the nerds candy he politely added them . I get home forget it alll the other slushes were wrong even had nerds in one that didn’t require any🤦🏼♀️ I asked for medium cranberry slush I got a medium cherry slush.ind you no straws or receipt. My husband an I rarely get sugar drinks today was the first time in months and it wasn’t worth the money at all. I did call to address the problem and the manager on duty couldn’t help me because the problem wasn’t on her shift . So I’m assuming I got my order during shift change. I don’t drink out others drinks that’s gross so I would not know there was an issue til the owner of the drink received it. This reminded me as to why not to go to sonic

i went through the drive thru yesterday early in the morning for my lunch break, and a young man by the name of (Levi Bowls) was so disrespectful and rude while taking my order, when i went the the window.. another employee had told me that he spit in my drink, so i didn’t even touch it.. this is unacceptable in any place that handles food for the public! BEWARE ROSWELL OF LEVI BOWLS HE WILL PURPOSELY MESS UP ORDERS OR PUT FOUL THINGS IN YOUR FOOD!!!

Restroom was absolutely disgusting, toilets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in several days, and it smelled awful. Young man at the counter got my drink and food order wrong, had a horrible attitude, rolled his eyes when I corrected my order, and took his sweet time.it took almost 20 minutes to wait for a slushi, mozzarella sticks, and a corn dog. I couldn’t even drink the slushi, it tasted like rusted metal and cleaning agent, was almost completely watery, was not any sort of frozen what so ever, the rest of the store was just as disgusting as the restroom, tables and floors were dirty and gunky, and had an odd smell, the kitchen was visibly a nasty mess with trash everywhere. Worst sonic I’ve been to by far.

Went this past Wednesday and got a medium diet dr p at drive thru. They never told me how much it was and never got a receipt but didn’t think anything of it. Checked my credit card yesterday and saw that they charged me $6.04 for one medium drink. Yeah, not going back. Guess I need to start always asking for receipts.

EVERY TIME!!! I go in to order,and somehow the crew takes the longest time out of all of them in Roswell.Too much talking and not enough doing. A doordasher came in behind me and left with cold food because they were not handling the order efficiently.Zero sense of urgency including the manager.Approx time 6:15 pm.on a Thursday.
