Stellars has good espresso and brewed coffees, teas, iced, hot, pastries, sandwiches, a back meeting room... the have karaoke nights, open Mic night, poetry club... a community go to, hangout, do computer...Downtown
We just opened the Roswell Space Toy Museum next door and today I needed food, Lol. Ordered the Veggie Egg Scramble for breakfast and the Turkey Wrap for lunch and they were both scrumptious!! Also got an iced Carmel Macchiato which came with FOUR SHOTS and wow it was good! No more Starbucks for me!!
Walk in and boom—instant good vibes. The staff? Total legends. Friendly, fast, and they actually know their coffee (and how to make your day better). The space is cozy-meets-cool, like your favorite living room got a caffeine upgrade.
