Today is September 12th about 5:37 came to have dinner. The crew was in the back all the tables are dirty . The lady that came out were whispering back and forth. Just service. I won't return back to this store.

One star because you have to give at least one to review, we just went in 3 people working, they had no idea what came on the sandwiches, had to read it off the menu to them, then they were the ugliest unevenly made, she was about to wrap it up with the meatballs outside of the sandwhich!!! Seriously!!! We finally gave up when the 3rd one looked like it was 2/3rds on the paper instead of the bread, and walked out. Do NOT, I repeat, Do NOT go to this subway!!

We visited Rowell yesterday, since my son visited me.
We had a wonderful time at the Spaceport virtual reality tour, but we were hungry after.
That being said, we crossed the street and enjoyed lunch at Subway.
The young lady, I wish I had gotten her name ! She has black hair and wore glasses, she was thee best !!!!
She was working solo and she gave amazing service!!!
Subway was back ordered on water cups, but she provided us some paper cups for water, just went above and beyond with her care; even brought my order to the table !
We would definitely come back, especially to visit our pal, who’s name I will definitely get next visit 🤗

I don’t like making reviews that are very negative but this is the 3rd time I go to this subway at 9:00 not 9:10 or even 9:01 and it’s closed when the hours online say open until 10:00. I could understand even closing at 9:30 tbh to have time to shut everything down, but maybe change the hours online (not the workers fault if the hours online are wrong).
This rating is based on the lack of customer service, the young female long hair needs to change her attitude big time or move into another industry that doesn’t involve customers. Not the first time we encountered her service but at least three times, every time the same attitude! Her way is no greeting but to stand and stare you in the eye. We had a family ordering we are all adults. Every time a condiment bottle is empty she throws it to the sink in full force that it bounces off onto the floor then repeats, muttering something under her breathe. When adding toppings again attitude, drops her shoulders with a sigh and stares at you instead of asking about what toppings we would like. Will not be going to this location anymore as there are other options in locations with better service! Also Jersey Mikes- excellent customer service. Can’t wait for the Firehouse Subs to open. Management/ownership really needs to look into this, as I am not the only one noticing this. In addition another young man with long curly hair over his eyes all dangling has to tilt his backwards in order to make eye contact- isn’t this a health issues??

The food was stale, they don’t have any breads available the meatballs were still frozen. There’s a huge amount of flies tables were all dirty when we got in here and no one was inside but the workers.

The food was okay except for the fact they were out of a lot of things, but the service from the young girl that worked there was worst. She acted as if taking my family into that subway was just a huge inconvenience for her. Every time we ask for something they were out of her attitude would just get worse (like we knew what they had and didn't have)If attitude doesn't change she will be working at Subway for the rest life. That is a frequent stop. We make when traveling to Texas. I could tell you we will never go to that Subway again.

The teriyaki sweet onion sandwich, after choosing the veggies, lacked the sweet onion sauce. Very dry sandwich. Usually you do a good job.

Employee had me repeat every item I ordered, I’m guessing bc she had music playing on her black ear pod. I asked for a small drizzle of dressing on my sandwhich and she drenched it. Every table was dirty, I had to wipe off my own table, which the other table eating said they had to do as well. The floors were covered in food probably bc everyone was having to clean their own tables. They had three employees working, the restaurant should not have been this disgustingly dirty.

I ordered something on the app and they have no record of my order being placed and I got a charge on my card and when trying to explain my situation they couldn’t help me what so ever. Worst experience ever they were rude at the front and the supervisor wasn’t helpful at all and disrespectful.
