The morning old lady was the rudest employee I have ever encountered in my entire life. Terrible customer service.

I tried to get an unsweetened tea, but the tea came out of the dispenser totally cloudy and nasty with stuff floating in it. I brought it to the attention of an employee and she shrugged it off and said "I made it this morning" and walked away. I would never eat here.
The two girls working were super rude, I go in there all the time cause I work a block away and I never had this problem before, but I will never go back in there again

The staff was beyond horrible a bunch of kids just standing around being rude. Talking amongst each other cussing and playing around. Had friends hanging out at the counter while people are trying to order!!

The people here are in a bad mood and charged us for water and cookies separately instead of charging us for the meal. It made our lunch a horrible experience.

Staff are extremely rude. My son wanted Subway but we were going to eat something else. My son went to use the restroom first and when he did the lady asked if he was going to buy something. He said yes but he really needed to use the restroom. She said sorry he had to make a purchase first. We walked out because it’s ridiculous to me that you don’t let a paying customer use the restroom unless they buy first. We literally were at a booth waiting for him with my credit card so he could eat.

Very clean
Meatball with cheese, tomato and lettuce. Essentially a giant cheeseburger. ?The young lady working when we went in was so nice and great customer service.
