The people here are in a bad mood and charged us for water and cookies separately instead of charging us for the meal. It made our lunch a horrible experience.

Staff are extremely rude. My son wanted Subway but we were going to eat something else. My son went to use the restroom first and when he did the lady asked if he was going to buy something. He said yes but he really needed to use the restroom. She said sorry he had to make a purchase first. We walked out because it’s ridiculous to me that you don’t let a paying customer use the restroom unless they buy first. We literally were at a booth waiting for him with my credit card so he could eat.

Coded lock on the bathroom , some children had a hard time getting in. Consider a different option or tell people how to use it properly. Also, passing out a paper slip with the code is gross. Some people don't wash their hands in the restroom but touch thst paper and hand it to the next person in line.

If you have all 3 employees sitting around a table when the customers walk in, they surely have time to make a little sign and list what ingredients they don't have.. ruined my meal finding out the very last ingredient I wanted, that is the entire reason for getting the sandwich, is not available. I'm taking the sandwich now to another subway to finish it! Horrible!!!

Love the toasted Italian Herb & Cheese bread! They didn't have roast beef which I prefer so I got the Teriyaki Beef. They had only one restroom for each gender so we had to wait. Business was good on a Sunday afternoon.

Great Subway to go to, one of the best in town. Located in the heart of downtown, you can eat AND tour Roswell Main St. without skipping a beat!Vegetarian options: They have ALL the veggies you could possibly want on a sandwich, or you could even grab a salad!

I normally don't rate subways but we were in this subway multiple times when we were in downtown Roswell so I had to leave a review. The subway is very clean and close to all the attractions, and they have a clean bathroom which is critical when towing a 3 year old on vacation. We stopped here two times, the first time I just got my kids cookies and Gatorade because they were starving and dehydrated, the second time on our way out to Carlsbad we picked up sandwiches and randomly they have mini pizzas that were not terrible and $5. I thought the service was standard and typical for a subway.

if you're going to order from the app at this location make sure you do it an hour in advance the app lies to you and tells you you have time so when you're done ordering it tells you oh sorry this place is closed when in fact it isn'
