Ordered food and drinks from KFC/ Taco Bell tonight was very disappointed for the fact that after there was an issue with my orders that was a obvious mistake on the restaurant behalf I tried calling them I realize that when I was calling they were about to close but assume who works in the food industry that's no excuse to not answer the phone anyway I will be leaving a 1 star review due to the fact that I was not even able to speak to anyone about my concerns bad business I will not recommend the restaurant to anyone

Customer service was a 9 1/2 I never give a 10 because thats a Rookies Score. The Food was Hot and Fresh.
I have to say the service and food quality has greatly improved over time. My recent visit was a pleasant surprise becuase even though they were fairly busy my order was exactly as I ordered it (I had special request on nearly every item in a big order). Not only that but the food was prepared almost before I had filled my drinks. Additionally the restaurant was very clean and the food tasted fresh. A job well done guys!

This Taco bell is top notch. They are the very well managed everyone is always very helpful. They are not stingy with their food you get what you pay for. Friendly staff great experience every time. I wish the taco bell on north main and the one in Artesia would take notes.
Not a great visit. Apparently the cashier didn't want to log on to the functioning register, so I was asked if I had cash. I responded that I did, but would rather use a card. I was told they were only taking cash, so I paid cash. The next customer that walked in used his card! When I got my order, which was the three Supreme Tacos meal, I opened the first taco, only to discover it was literally only half full. The second taco was barely better, and the third was actually pretty close to the top. I took the worst one to the counter and brought it to the attention of the manager. The manager gave a disdainful look to both me and the taco and said they could remake it. As the manager walked away and tossed it in the trash, I said that all three tacos were alike, they either didn't hear me or didn't respond. A moment later, they called over to say my taco was ready. It was full like it normally should be! The food tasted pretty good! But if I'm paying $9+ for a taco meal, I shouldn't have to fight to get more than maybe $3 worth of tacos. The photo I posted is of #2 taco. I didn't get a picture of the empty one.

Went in at 10:38 PM on Monday night and they said drive through was closed. Upon going in they told me store was closed but door was open. I hope management takes notice of this situation.

I love taco bell but this is my first time trying this taco bell in Roswell and the service was great the workers were kind and the food was made perfect for me
Good and quick food every time I go. Sometimes the workers are in a bit of a rush to get me out, but then again I sometimes show up right before close. I understand.They’ve always done right by me.
