Got in late, ordered multiple items ~$30, ended up not receiving all our items. The ones we received were wrong (chicken instead of steak, missing items, left sauce on, when requested). Gas station food is a better choice for late night.

Worst Taco Bell I've eaten at in my whole life. Awful wait time, rude workers, gross and improperly made food, we went back through to get something fixed that was wrong and the girl at the window just gave us our food and closed the window. As we ate we found more incorrect stuff but it wasnt worth the hassle anymore. Insane that a crunchwrap, like the epitome of disgusting lazy trash that used to be a dollar is 6.50 now, that's pretty insane.

The lady working the window 11-1-2025 first lied about the ingredients and when asked to make sure because my wife is allergic she ignored it and had a disgusting attitude even starting off so be careful going here. Luckily we saw it before she ate it

I know this is Taco bell, the prices went up again, but the meat portion for what I paid is ridiculous.
Paid over over $7 for a steak chalupa supreme that came with hardly any steak. My beef soft taco had more meat than the chalupa, but the tortilla was stale all around the edges like it was left out, or old. It wasnt good. Highly disappointed. The workers were busy taking Halloween pictures instead of making sure the food came out decent.

Sunday crew was very rude. They do not deserve 1 star. We stood at the cash register with out a welcome in or we'll be right with you. They ignored our presence. We waited about 10 min. We will not be going back.

If you don't use the kiosk you can't go inside to eat. Then if you have problems with the kiosk you're not getting any help from employees, so went thru drive thru so someone could take our order. Get back to hotel with our food and not one thing right. All of the supreme which should have sour cream had none and we didn't even get the mexican pizza we ordered. My advice GO EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Love the old vibe is still around but it's uncleaned & sticky. Those works are hard at work though! Pumping out orders left & right.
Grease was dripping out the bottom of my taco. The tray they put my food on had a puddle of water on it and they don’t used tray liners. The quality of the ingredients are terrible yet the prices are high, $2.59 for a small, really small drink. Roswell needs a DelTaco!
