There are tried and true dishes at this restaurant. We go once every week. Staff is attentive, but do not hover. The atmosphere is great hey have music playing and some type of sporting event on every day. They host events/live music regularly. Personal recommendations are the Pollo Palapa, The Carne Asada plate, and the Molcajete.

I would say this is my favorite place for tacos in town that I've tried. I can't speak for anything other than their al pastor and asada tacos, as well as their queso/chips. First off, as silly as it may sound they have the best chips. They are thin, great flavor, and they give you a good portion with your queso. The al pastor tacos are my favorite, however they are fairly inconsistent. Sometimes abundantly (too) saucy. Their asada seems to be very consistent overall. When I get them to go or dine in they always give a generous amount of cilantro and diced onions. Their salsa is also the best out of places I've tried. Fair prices. I usually go thru the drive thru. Other times I have dined on their patio, never been inside other than to ask for my check after finishing on the patio. The service, like most places in Roswell, could use much improvement. Slow to check back and the energy from the staff is lackluster. Not much smiling or enthusiasm. Not happy to be at work possibly? Fake it til you make it and you'll make it much faster by being more welcoming thus making better tips.

Ordered the enchiladas suizas, they are 2 enchiladas with chicken and cheese. The salsa that covered them didn't have any flavor, I had to put the salsa that came with the chips. It's a Mexican restaurant but their food is more like tex mex, the dishes aren't cooked or prepared as an authentic Mexican restaurant. The only thing that had flavor there was the chips and salsa. They do have good service there, the waiting staff is service oriented.

Food was good the tea was either changed or not made right the day I was there service was not that good didn't get checked on the whole time I ate my meal had to get up and ask for a fork I suggest burritos through drive through just don't try and call the restaurant 15 min before the close the will answer and hang up on you or just not answer at all and I get it I work at a restaurant too we will at least a answer the phone and let customer know we are closed tho honestly the only reason why the do t get 2 or even one star is the food is good and it's not always this bad just the last few experiences I've had
Had a very bad experience last night, very gross presentation from the drive through. The taco was soaked and I was sharing with my kid... a disgusting looking tomato at bottom of my beans. My husband got sick. The worst part They didn't give a care to make any of this right.... will never go here again. Waste of 45 bucks. Should have gone to Martin's Capitol.

Good food, good service. I have no complaints about this place whenever I have the opportunity to go to Roswell this is one of my favorite places to eat delicious food.
Authentic Mexican restaurant. The flavors, the presentation were both excellent. Portion size was big enough to take 1/2 home for the next day. Service was great. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
