Do not go here - the employees are allowed to treat customers horribly with disrespect, with no consequences or apologies. This is what we get with big chain restaurants, managers do not care. Rather take your money and go to a local restaurant with local owners who sincerely care about the community and their customers. And treat customers with value - unlike Texas Roadhouse Roswell NM who treats their customers with zero value….
Almost always a good steak here. 4 stars because my salad came after my steak had arrived. Bad timing…

Spent over $200 on my ticket and tipped $20. Was stopped when we were leaving because they gave us the wrong drink and she made us pay the $2 difference because of their mess up. I still ended up giving her a $5 bill and told her to keep the change. The waitress was kind but the manager Courtney was rude when questioned about the stupid $2. I’ve only been here twice and I will not be going back
Texas Roadhouse consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism in terms of service, and the atmosphere is what one would expect. However, I do have a significant concern regarding Roswell: is the green chili pickled or stored in some sort of vinegar? As someone who orders green chili, I have certain expectations, and if I wanted pickles with my steak, I would specifically request them. When I inquired with the server, they were uncertain, leaving me with this unanswered question.

This roadhouse shows not all are the same. The meat was very tender and cooked perfectly in comparison to the northern locations. Service was quick and attentive, just could tell they were busy.

I’ve been here three times. The first time they had just been open a week and just didn’t have any team work! I figured I’d give them some more time and come back after a couple of months and the service still sucked… after that I told myself I’d never go back and then the other day my friends invited me and so I went again… I wanna tell you, this place is packed and the place can’t keep up with it… this may be why they suck so bad… I want to say that every-time I’ve eaten here the food was always served cold almost as if the waiter left it sitting and forgot to bring it out to the table… the whole table had to send back our steaks every visit, I’ve never seen the same managers or employees there twice… which tells me that they can’t keep their staff happy long enough to stay awhile… particularly on this last trip to the Road House a manager walks up to one of the hostess and gets into an argument with her employees and then walks off as they all roll their eyes… everyone knows that you don’t call people out in front of other people… this place really is a disgrace. Don’t visit here unless you have 4 hours to waste! Because I’ve always waited about 45 min. to be seated and it’s always taken then an hour to get us our food and then another 30 min. trying to pay for it… let’s not forget the time it took for them to replace our steaks each time… from the moment of parking the car (which can take awhile if your waiting for someone to leave) til the time we are leaving the parking lot of people playing Tetris… its about a 4-hour or-deal! Be warned and have patience!
Parking: It’s like playing the game Tetris… make sure you have plenty of time before eating at this place as it’s a maze!

Texas Roadhouse are on top of their business, in these small towns. It's a pleasure to see our young employees and high-school students learning the industry and earning money 💵.
Thank you Roadhouse of Roswell, NM for helping our young American's and giving them the opportunity to serve us. Kudos 🇺🇲

The food was good; but they music was so loud you couldn't hear the waitress, we hardly saw our waitress, and the place was dirty. The bathroom was the worst.
Parking: The spaces to park are really scrunched together.

After an hour of waiting, they finally brought out a steak. I ordered med rare, this was well done. 2 streaks and the same result later. I left without eating. Good times.

terrible service … we came as a party of two, it was a saturday night but only about half the tables in the restaurant were filled. we ordered, thirty minutes later the server comes by and says “not sure why you don’t have your food, i’ll go check on it”, and does not come back. we ask for a manager after another twenty minutes of waiting. this is nearly an hour of waiting on food for two people. manager comes by and comped the meals as we never received them. at the same time the manager brings the receipt, the server brings the food. we asked he box it up so we can take it home - we wait another ten minutes, no boxed food, we left.

I travel the country for work and have been to around 40 to 50 different Roadhouse. The service here was the worst i have ever experienced. The server took forever to bring alcohol. Food took about an hour to get and the steaks were cooked incorrect

Tuve un acccidente ai en steak tras un hueso ai adentro del hoy en día no sean como ado conmigo pésimo servicio mal
The filet was good, but I ordered the big ribeye, and it was ALL gristle. I asked the server if they always had that much gristle and she said, "Yes". She tried to convince me it was "marbling". I grew up on a cattle ranch, and this wasn't my first ribeye! I think I can tell the difference in marbling and gristle!
