Texas Roadhouse — Roswell, NM

I just wanna start with giving praise to Gabriel he was above and beyond and and was just a fantastic server. Hes the reason for me leaving a review, food was good as always, but Gabriel for the win! We just stopped in on our way back home from santa fe.

We eat at good restaurants. Prices are of no concern, we enjoy eating out. We tip our servers for a meal delivered as should be ex; drinks and appetizers with time in between then salads with time to enjoy them before our meal comes out FRESH & hot means or server will be extremely well tipped. But we were very disappointed wen we explained this to the server and when she saw we were done with salads and asked if we were ready for our steaks we assumed it would take a few minutes to have them cooked. But nope, she came back in less than a minute with warm hard steaks that had been sitting under a warming light ever since we placed our order. They were hard as jerky but ordered medium rare. It was the worst We paid for the salads & appetizers and wanted to leave it once did the server nor the manager who came to our table ask if they could have the steaks redone for us or if there was anything else we would like. This was a Saturday night and we had waited for about 45 minutes before being seated. So by the time we left we were still hungry but too tired to go elsewhere and wait in another restaurant line.

It's a great place to eat very good service and fast and the wait staff is friendly and helpful.the food is always good.

Terrible service, verbally berated by food runner, who was clearly unhappy with her job.

Service was not good at all. our server took forever to bring us things that we ordered WITH OUR FOOD and we did not get it until our food was cold and had to ask for the 5th time. my burger was also very pink and is not at all how i ordered it.

We are passing thru Roswell on a trip to AZ. Hubby has severe allergies. We have to check every single time we eat to make sure nothing has changed. Last night Elizabeth was our server and Vandy is Service manager. Elizabeth snapped a picture of the rolls ingredients and showed us. They were fine (and delicious as always). Then Vandy came over and sat with us and went over ingredients on everything my hubby was interested in eating. The chef even cut a potatoe and made steak fries just for him without seasoning. We appreciated this so much. Texas Roadhouse has always been amazing wherever we stop! We know they will look out for his allergies! And the food is always so good!
