Great service and food. Will definitely go there again. A little bit of a wait because its always busy but is worth it once the food gets to the table. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Definitely try this place before leaving Roswell, NM. You will not disappointed.
Texas Roadhouse consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism in terms of service, and the atmosphere is what one would expect. However, I do have a significant concern regarding Roswell: is the green chili pickled or stored in some sort of vinegar? As someone who orders green chili, I have certain expectations, and if I wanted pickles with my steak, I would specifically request them. When I inquired with the server, they were uncertain, leaving me with this unanswered...
