The Paleta Bar Roswell

Yuridia was such a friendly and helpful employee when we went in! She assisted my toddler and did not frustrated when she took a long time to order. Hope to see her again on our next visit!

I've gone in 5 separate times the last 2 months and it's just really sad. The girls that work there are rude and can't even seem to be bothered when you come in. They also never seem to have fruit or Aguas when we visit either. The signs flashing open. I walk in and ask if they are open, she says yes but then anything I ask for they don't have?? They don't close for another hour and they are just turning business away for what?

I visited today and had a lovely experience. There was an amazing young lady named Megan who helped us. Despite it being very busy, she did a fantastic job! However, I only gave it three stars because I was concerned about her working alone on such a hectic night.

OMG chocolate strawberry’s are sooooo good!!! Cucumbers taste fresh!! We definitely will be going back regularly!! Only problem is there is only one employee and that’s a safety concern! Especially at night when they get busy. Props to the employees for that!!

I recently visited The Paleta Bar for the first time. When I arrived, the staff kindly asked if I was ready to order, and I let them know I needed a moment to look over the menu. After taking my time to decide, I placed my first order, only to be told that the item wasn’t available. I then chose a second item, but they didn’t have that either.

Here’s my concern: if you know certain items aren’t available, why not inform customers upfront? It would save us from wasting time choosing something you don’t have, especially when we’re excited about trying it. In my opinion, this lack of communication reflects poor customer service. There weren’t even other customers in the shop at the time, so it’s not like the staff was overwhelmed. If certain items are unavailable, please be proactive and let customers know instead of leaving them frustrated.

Plenty of selection. We got three different flavors. Hazelnut crunch, strawberry and taro. They are all very good. Rich flavor and the dipping and toppings are great addition too. $3.5 for simple one flavor. $5.5 for half dipping and toppings.

The paletas were awesome! I highly recommend the cookies and cream, dipped in white chocolate! The fruit cup was amazing as well!

My Husband and I love treating ourselves to the Paleta Bar, I am so happy Roswell has this location to offer our community.
We love the Gansito bar, we’ve been going there for quite some time, customer service can be a hit of miss, but for the first time this week we had a very nice young lady help us, her name was Isabelle, she was the first one to ever offer us the opportunity to sample some of their other flavors. The previous times we have gone no one had ever offered us that. So I just wanted to give her a little shout out because it was appreciated! She was so kind and sweet too.

Great shop!! The ice cream is delicious and there's a lot of flavors and combinations. And the agua fresca was very good. Great place and highly recommended. And there's some seating inside.

We love this place and the owner is super sweet, today we had a very unpleasant experience.The young girl who worked day between 5pm and 6 wasn’t having a great day. She sure does not how to keep a poker face.She was angry from the start and kept asking us with a very bad attitude what we had asked her and gave us dirty looks. And didn’t even give us utilities, we hope she can maybe take another training because, we sure were not confortable to eat there when she is there.
