i went to veros and ordered the tacos de birra and hands down they are one of the best i’ve tried i was not disappointed at all. i tell people about them all the time when they ask for places to eat.
Literally the best food ever and Vero is the best cook of all time she’s learned from the best of the best and her food is so good because she puts her heart and soul into it and we all know soul food is the best food you can get glad she chose to chase her dreams and do this because I get to enjoy it ❤️❤️❤️

These folks brought their food truck all the way to our local County Fair- nearly a 400 mile trip- and I'm super grateful they did this! It is incredible how good these tacos are. Making ramen using mexican spices and birria is absolutely inspired. If they ever come close to our town again, I will make time to buy some lunch.
