I visited this place at 3:30 in the morning and I was able to get a burger and fries and a coke even though it was 3:30 in the morning which surprisingly would have been things to Whataburger and their menu I was able to order for every cat whatever I feel like eating I just want to try to keep up the good work

All of the restaurants staff looked happy to be at work, thier uniforms appeared cleaned and shirt tails were tucked in. Long lines that moved fast. Food came out hot and fast. Ms. Kathy was very nice when I was ordering, Ms. Mc Kenize was making sure the lobby was clean and went around tables asking if everything was good or if we needed anything. Great Job 👏 .

Slowest service in town. Food is inconsistent sometimes its good other times its not. Staff is always rude. I would rate it lower but im dumb enough to keep going back.

On October 5, 2025, we stopped to eat, and they had no buns. So, I thought things happen I get it. Well, they were out of onion rings. Oh, it gets better..... We placed an order to go paid for it and went to get our drinks. No coke, Dr Pepper or root beer. I went to get a refund from the manager, and he said I needed a receipt to get reimbursed. By this time, we had already dumped our tray. I realize there are days that no matter what everything can go wrong. But what I didn't appreciate was the attitude. But again, I know they had to be frustrated so I get it. Every time we go to Roswell this is usually the place we stop to eat. And in their defense, we have never had a problem in all the years we have eaten there. P.S Just remember to keep your receipt just in case. LHL

worst whataburger ever. waited an hour and a half for them to get my order wrong. horrible service and they were all acting unprofessional. they need all new staff and management

Awful. The employees were more interested in talking to each other than assisting customers. My husband's order was messed up, and all of the food in our order was cold. Unfortunately, we were in a rush & didn't have time to ask for the order to be remade.

Service was poor got our order was made wrong. I spent 25 on 2 meals and 43 cent on condiments. For 43 cent you just lost a customer. So I gave the manager 1.50 and told her that the next customer that ask for ranch.
