Wish I could give this a zero - pissed off - I went to the place and I was inline along with 2 people in front of me and than all of a sudden a softball team came rushing in and the manager decided to help the softball team without explaining to its customers that was online patiently waiting - Danny the manager did not inform me and the other customers in line that we are to wait and he will take the order of like 35 ladies orders - I will not come to this location again I’m from out of town - I let the Danny guy know it is very inconsiderate the way he handled that - he let some softball team cut the line and now expects his customers to just wait and look like idiots - what happen to customer service - I asked Danny the manager what does he plan to compensate for us standing in line And possibly waiting over 35 min for the girls to order all there food - he said he can not give me anything as to a free fries or not even an apology- I will be calling the district manager tomorrow and bringing this situation to corporate attention - next time train your staff and managers the correct way on providing the correct customer service - time was 830pm on Tuesday when this happened

VOID! Rip off cashier overcharged us and very short male manager took 15 min to give us refund and short-changed us on refund.Stopped about 1pm. Jaylee was cashier. Manager seemed like in on this practice. Watch your receipt. Food very poor for a Whataburger franchise.

50 minutes waiting for food. Kids meal, brownie, 2 fries, and cinnamon roll. Food was wrong and had to go back in for food that was not in the bag. Service seemed annoyed when I said we were missing food but there was 4 other people with wrong orders also waiting. Need to do some reevaluating at this location. Wont be returning to this location again.

Clean Comfortable ConvenientMy order was Exactly How I Asked.The dining area super clean, the employees were absolutely the best. A young man had on a White Whataburger Long Sleeve Dress Shirt. I want one myself. This location in Roswell is my favorite. I spend a lot of time traveling across the country, I have been to Whataburger #1 many times, Texas kids spend spring break at Corpus Christi and Port Aransas. I will eat at this Whataburger when ever i am in Roswell since there are none in Ruidoso. Yet :)
Great clean dining room and friendly staff. The food was great as always. This is always a great location to grab a quick meal. I hope to see you there.

Always delish! Like everywhere else, though, prices are higher than before.Dietary restrictions: I have Crohn's so finding fast food that fits my diet is hard. There are salads and chicken options that fit into my menu.Parking: Easy handicapped parking and ample parking all around the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors aren't automatic,but I've been helped in by other patrons, as well as staff. Very friendly atmosphere.

Food is fresh but they had me wait 25 minutes in the drive through for my food. Employees were just hanging out instead of cooperating to get cars moving. Lots of cars stoped and left due to wait time. Management needs to get it together and help the team. Busy frequently visited location for it to provide this kind of experience.
Burger and fries were made fresh. The wait time was not bad for a lunch rush.
