Food was stone cold when delivered. Their excuse was that they got food cooked fast and it sat there waiting for delivery driver. Trying to push the blame on delivery person. Not even an offer to refund the cost of the fries or make some new ones. Obviously they are not very coordinated with delivery folks

Takes way too long because the workers are too busy talking about their high school stories. Always very dirty inside restrooms never get cleaned and the employees do not wear gloves when making your food. Very unsanitary. I doordash and pick up a lot of orders here and it always takes 20-30 minutes longer than expected and I personally would never eat here.

Didn’t get my whole order. When I called to let store know I was told oh well that’s my problem. Then called corporate and they said I would hear from someone and never did. This place is gross and has rats and roaches..

Pre-order my food got in the store to find out every worker was outside in the back of the building. Poor poor now I know why it takes forever to get an order out very disappointed 1 hour Wait for a order is crazy pre-order or not takes 1 hour wait………

Wingstop does take longer than I like in general, but gave it a go. They weren’t terribly busy so we ordered Dine-In and went to sit. All of the tables had sauce on them or were sticky so I asked for something to wipe off a table and the front clerk wiped off one table. We sat for awhile and people came and went with their To-Go orders. Two people I had watched order after us were handed their orders and left so I went to check ours. The front clerk looked at the bags on the To Go shelf and got ours. I don’t know how long it had been there because there were no names being called, just bags handed to customers. We were there an hour and I just wanted to leave so got the bag and left. When we sat down to eat the food was cold and there was not much sauce on the wings. Had we gotten to eat at the store I would have asked for more sauce. Im hoping this was just been an Off-Night or a miscommunication.

A little place with excellent wings. I get the original (bone-in) wings. I appreciate getting carrots and celery. The problem is the inconsistent sizing of the packages of veggies. Sometimes, a single serving is more of a large. Conversely, the large is more the size of the single.

Quick service and very satisfied with food and service. 10 pc bone in wings cook perfectly fresh dipping sauce and the manager was super nice. Beets the other wing place hands down. I will be back. Thanks Larry Roswell nm store!
