Placed a to-go order online for two 8 piece combos. Still had to wait for almost an hour once we arrived in the store for the order to be ready. Once we got the order back home, the boneless 8 piece wing combo was laughably small in size. Given the wait we experienced to even pick up the order, we decided that it wasn’t worth it to go back.

Would give this place any stars if possible. Placed order on line at 7:30 PM told order to be done by 8:14 pm arrived and waited 35 more minutes no order. Was told by rude very young lady they were getting it together. Asked for Manager which was Jacob and he said he was the morning manager, those are the only words out of his mouth in the entire time. Requested to cancel order and refund at 8:50ish. Neither Jacob or young lady knew how to do a refund. Called someone to help them. Jacob walked away not uttering another word. Young lady rude and acted like it was our fault. Wing stop needs to shut off online ordering if they are backed up and scan their workers better as these to workers should of been fired on the spot. As well as their manager for lack of proper training of these two. Count me out for going back again.

Generally the wings are great, I could use a little more sauce on rare occasions but otherwise great. The past few times I've ordered I've been met with rudeness and attitude. What broke the camels back was being told they were waiting on fries to finish my order and I usually don't mind because stuff happens, it gets busy, whatever. I waited for about 40-50 minutes just to get cold fries. Waiting for that amount of time I would've expected them to be warm and some politeness and courtesy.

Service is awful. Employees act like they are inconvenienced by getting drinks for delivery orders. They don’t even start fixing the order until delivery drivers have to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes to get the order out the door. Poor preparation and customer service. Never had an order ready no matter what time of day or night. Makes delivery time terrible for drivers I will no longer accept any orders from Wing Stop Makes me look incompetent. I am refuse to look like that due to someone else’s incompetence.

Food is good, order ahead of time to get it fresh and without having to wait on hand. Busy place so it takes often 30 minutes to get your order if you don’t call ahead. Ordered several flavors of wings and ended up getting some wings they forgot to season? 🤷 over all a good value for the money if you want wings

My wings were dry, with no flavor, I paid way too much to have to eat the wings that were not even close to mediocre
Wings were excellent they were huge, cooked perfectly Service was a little slow, and the staff at the cash registers seem to be confused and having trouble with communication. I would certainly go back
The food wasn't cooked properly, wasn't tossed in the correct sauce. The worker didn't know what to do about that, like obviously can you give me what I ordered.? Service was slow. Almost an hour wait for a 10 piece and 8 piece combo while the dining area was empty. And again after almost a full hour the order was wrong. The store wasn't very welcoming itself, looked ran down and dirty. Mismatched paint which isn't a big deal but just doesn't look nice. No worker acknowledged me. This location has gone down hill in the matter of months. Sad.

Super unprofessional staff, no hairnets in the kitchen. They went way over a twenty minute quote time. The manager was yelling very loudly and it filled the entire dining area. Other managers sitting and chatting good lord
