I called yesterday to place an order. I told the lady that answered the phone that I wanted a family pack 30 classic and she told me they don’t have that amount for family pack and then she told me to hold?? I can hear her yelling out loud talking to other customers? While she thought she had me on hold.I could listen she was taking 2 orders of other people while she put me on hold So she “thought” but I could hear all her conversations with other people coming in ordering. After words she hung up on me?? So I decided to just go drive up to restaurant in person go talk to the manager. When I got there I saw the women I had talked to on the phone to place my order. When I was explaining to her what she did to me was very rude she got very defensive with me and walked away and told me she didn’t have time to argue ??? I wasn’t arguing with her I was having a conversation with telling her how I felt and she kept victimizing herself and saying there was only two working and she had a lot of people calling her and placing in orders making up excuses for her rudness. I told her if I can talk to her manager please because she kept talking me leterly yelling at me! She walked away and told me the manager was busy right now at this moment? Some other customers was walking in, she took there order and completely ignored me as I was standing there waiting to see if I would see the manager come out from the office. That is so unprofessional of her! Who’s gonna want to place an order on the phone or go inside the restaurant with that kind of employees? If I could I would put only 0 star instead of one! I went home very disappointed and I love wingstop but the service there is very very poor.

The atmosphere inside the restaurant was unkept and filthy. There were 2 tables being used. The available tables were not wiped down, grease and sauce was left on the table. Trash on the floor. Huge water puddle by the restrooms made 3 tables unusable. Why do they not have trashcans??? There seemed to be plenty of time to clean tables and floor but it just wasn't done.The food was hot and good. I would not recommend eating inside.

I've never been to a Wingstop because I always thought they were expensive BUT they had a pretty sweet deal ? and Elizabeth was real friendly 10/10 would recommend & the portions were a great

Not very good especially for how expensive it was. The tables were dirty. Service was very slow and the manager just sat in the corner on a laptop instead of helping out the staff. Next time I'll just cook some Tyson boneless wings at home, put whatever sauce I want on them and save $50.

Somehow, the fries are always undercooked. Like partly raw, even ordering them well done. The Spicy Korean Q is amazing, as is their Bleu cheese, and I think they have the best chicken sandwich... But when I see someone in the kitchen touch her face 3 times in less time than it took to order... I'm glad they told me it'd be a long wait (20 minutes? C'mon, there was no other orders at that time) and I used that as an excuse to cancel my food. Shame, the food it tasty, but if the person cooking is wiping her nose and brushing her hair out of the way... I don't want any food she's cooking.
