First time going in, was a bit dead, but kinda expected with covid. They have good customer service and plenty of options which is nice. However, the biggest issue is when it came to food quality and price. For 2 meals and a drink with 4 eggrolls, came to around $34. Pricey, but was expecting something good. When I got my food, they gave me the wrong rice, but they easily got it fixed, so no problems there. When I tried the egg rolls, it was off-putting. Something about the inside of it, like the chicken used, tasted weird. Can't put a specific taste to it, but it didn't taste right. When I started eating the general tso's chicken, it was decent, but wasn't anything that grabbed my wow factor. However, when it came to the rice, I took several good bites out of it, qnd it was cooked well, until I bit into a rock. That put a bit of a ruin to my appetite. I brought it up to the cooks, and they explained they had recently moved to a new vendor for the rice, and have had that issue for a while, but that the vendor would do nothing about it. However, they did offer a refund or reorder, so I simply requested a new order without the rice. I finished up the rest of it with no issues and that was pretty much it. If it wasn't for their good customer service and understanding of the situation, I would've given a 1 or 2 star. I do hope their food quality improves over time.

On the take out order there were maybe 3 carrot slices a couple pineapple chunks and maybe two pieces of bell peppers!!! The vegetables were basically non existent! It was that way on all four dinners and was very disappointing for $50 order. Won’t do that again! Maybe a table spoon of vegetables. The description was totally bogus on the menu. Don’t go by that description!

I bought 3 entrees totaling 34.00. I didn’t get any soy sauce or napkins, food was cold. Rice was dry with out soy sauce. I have been going there for years and service was good. Today service was poor. Didn’t eat the food. Very disappointed.
