The Steak didn’t come out medium-well like I ordered it. The waitress that took care of us did the best she could, but she couldn’t keep up. We felt sorry for her. The price was way too high for the food that we got. We didn’t find a reason to go back.

Arrived early for reservation at 5:30 and were seated. Table of 9. Two baskets of chips-one was nothing but crumbs. Nicely asked for more chips and another basket. Restaurant was not busy which was a surprise. Waitress finally came and told us that our order had been lost. Waitress either forgot our order or kitchen was enjoying Christmas! We finally got our order. Everything was OK but the stuffed sopaipilla was very tough so she used a knife to eat. Waitress came in and said because of the mix-up with our order, we could have 3 free sopaipillas! There's 9 of us! Got the 3 sopaipillas and they were so old and hard, no one could eat them! Finally left after 7 very unhappy! We have lived here a long time and have always loved Casa Blanca. Our kids from Texas were excited to eat there as always. Horrible dining experience!

Kind of a funny experience really. Was disrespected by a woman wearing a santa hat going from table to table. Im pretty sure she was the manager now that i think about it. Mentioned she was from el paso as well, called me poor and then threw candy in our face. We are all brown. Whats up with the brown on brown hate???!!😂😅 my server was amazing. The mrs CLAWS probably should find a different hobby.😹 other than shouting out shade in an empty restaurant.

Could have had more veggies on plate. Chicken had a very great taste to it the Habanero chicken and the enchiladas Are always great great here!!! 👍. Was a pretty tasty lunch.

The 1 star rating is because of their Ai phone service. Twice i called, twice the Ai said they were open, twice they were closed on days that google said they're open. If you can actually eat here, the food is consistently very good. And services is very good. I highly recommend........ if u can get in.

Always love to stop here when in town. It's delicious food and great service. There can be a wait but I think that's normal nowadays. The only critique is that sometimes it's cold depending on where you are seated so bring a jacket.

I understand they was short handed took 10 min and 2 different lady's to finally seat us waitresses came one time and never came back and didn't even have stuff on menu chips and hot sauce was cold I won't be back

We waited about 10 minutes just to have our drink order taken, and another 10–15 minutes before the guacamole arrived. The guac itself was disappointing — it tasted like plain mashed avocado and was missing the usual tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and lime that give it flavor.
The rest of the food wasn’t great either. The portion of rice and beans was very small, and the tortillas were extremely greasy. The atmosphere could also use some improvement — for a Saturday night at a Mexican restaurant, having some background music would make the place feel more inviting.
The biggest concern was the wait time and overall service pacing. We also overheard another table nearby complaining about the lack of refills, cold food, and the long wait, so it wasn’t just our experience.
I do want to mention that our server was excellent. I didn’t get his name, but he was attentive and friendly. The issues seemed more like a kitchen or management timing problem rather than the server himself.

The food was okay. I had fajitas. They were under seasoned. My wife and son had the green chili enchiladas. They were too peppery. The green chili strips weren't peeled or roasted. It would have made them better.
The server was friendly. It took bit to get our appetizers, food, refills, etc, but that could have also been the kitchens fault. If the kitchen is behind, the servers will be behind.
The atmosphere was nice. We sat on tiered level, and the steps were a bit high. It could be dangerous for elderly or anyone who may have a little too much to drink.
