I order online and go to get my order because the app says it's ready. I come in and find out they don't even have it ready because they don't have the ingredients for it. Waste of gas and time. Would have been nice to get a notification that they didn't have what I ordered.

I’m unhappy with them right at the moment. They completely messed up my last order. Not only was the pizza doughy, they gave me the wrong toppings all together. Also, twice now I was promised an emergency pizza and didn’t receive the offer for it either.:)

We placed an order 3 pizza and a stuff pizza for delivery. The delivery driver was super friendly smiley very kind. Sadly I didn't get all my order. I had to come up to the store. They have 2 people working. After waiting for the lady to help us, again only 2 people working the front and kitchen she showed zero concern that our order was not completed. Then after helping the other 2 customers she did not wash her hands but made my missing pizza. This is nasty busy habits.And I had brought the rest of my order in to show them and I had to request it be put on the warmer to stay warm. So now I'm waiting on a pizza that I won't eat cause she didn't wash her hands and don't feel comfortable enought to complain again cause I'm not a Karen. Just very disappointed in Dominos tonight. It was a waste of $68. And we all know that's crazy expensive for 3 pizzas.

Domino's was overwhelmed with orders on election day and my order and others were a little late in coming out. Katie managed the customers in the store waiting and the irrate customers on the phone very professionally and kind. They all did very well even being short-staffed. Katie deserves a raise!
