They turn out pretty good pizza here and delivery is typically timely, but they seem to be forever understaffed and struggling to stay caught up.

Ordered pizzas at 6pm, 7:05pm app said it was in the car, estimated delivery 7:30pm, at 7:45 it changed to estimated deliver 7:52. 8:05 I called to check because still no delivery, called and girl who answers says oh yeah we don’t know what happened with that order but we can TRY to get it out there as soon as possible. I then say what do you mean try, she said yeah we have a lot of issues going on right now so we can try to get it remade soon. Are you kidding me? Then I ask to speak to manager and she refuses to give me a name then stumbles over her words and say a name fast and when I say is that the manager she said yeah but they can’t answer cuz it’s the GM. Then says he’s too busy making and delivering pizzas. Shoulda stuck with Cafe Rio.

Not sure what’s worse, the pizza or their drivers. Just watched one of their drivers go at least 40 on a 5 mph single lane road. Extremely dangerous. Thankfully no one was walking or they would have hit. No need to be that reckless.

A busy Friday night. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, they were honest about the wait time. Everyone was busy the whole time I was there.

If I can give a no star review I would as we placed an order the evening of January 14 2024 at 6 pm and they didn't deliver our order complete leaving our family without pizza we ordered o called to speak to supervisor and he was extremely rude told us it wasn't his problem we didn't get full order then hung up on me. I have never spoken to a so called supervisor so so rude and extremely unprofessional will never ever order from this place again.

The pizza arrived cold. It was a 16 inch cut in 4 pieces. Added cheese it up and there was barely any cheese even for a normal amount. The wings barely had any sauce. The wings were cold too. The ranch dressing was in a bag and had leaked all over. The delivery took more than 40 minutes to arrive after it left the store. I’ve never had such terrible Dominoes.

My family and I arrived at 5:10 pm and it took them to make 3 SIMPLE pepperoni pizzas a full hour? We understand it is Christmas Eve and it might be full but being there in person? Horrible. Not only did they take a long time to make pizzas, the workers are extremely rude and unprofessional! They kept talking bad about us (the customers present waiting for their food) and they weren’t even ashamed about it, may I mention they were loud about it too? There was this one specific worker who wasn’t scared to tell me in my face to cancel my order or leave when all I asked was how long it was going to take. That same worker kept going on how customers should cancel and leave since he’s so “busy”. I do have to say the girl boxing the pizzas was doing what she was supposed to do and didn’t waste time talking like the rest of her co-workers. It’s unbelievable. My family and I were exhausted and we just wanted fresh pizza with no problems. Do not go to this place, it’s horrible and they did get our order wrong in the end. Don’t talk smack that you’re so busy and the customers are starting to get impatient when you’re too busy talking smack and wasting time AND YOU STILL, at the end, get the order wrong, do your job right and stop complaining Jesus.

Ordered a buffalo chicken specialty pizza. And it came with barley any hot sauce was just chicken and cheese pizza. This place has messed up my order many times. And they never try to fix it. Sad when there is not much places to eat here... might as well spend the same amount and get your own ingredients and make your own at home, would be 100 times better than this place.
