Didn't make it past the Hostess. When asking people to wait for a table, one needs to remember the order in which they arrive and not skip over a group. This was deliberate, and when called on it, the disrespectful demeanor of the Hostess, showed me not only the quality of the hostess but of the entire establishment.
I will tell everyone I know about how Farley's treats its patrons and strongly recommend that they go to Anaheim Jacks instead.

Ordered food to go and was told ready for pick up in 20 mins. Show up 25 mins later and called curb side number to let them know we arrived. Was told would be right out. 35 more minutes go by. Called again, and told would be right out. Waited another 15 mins and waitress brings out our food. She then says “sorry, no one let me know you were here.” I then noticed her name tag had the same name as both girls who answered the phone when called to inform of arrival. When we finally received our food, we checked the order and one of the meals was wrong. So had to wait ANOTHER 15 mins. Horrible experience and will not be back. I wish I would have checked reviews before ordering. Now ready for the auto reply of “you deserve better!” Indeed we do.

Can't really rate this place since I didn't really eat, but I waited for 40 minutes to be told it would be another 10-15 minutes because our group of 5 was a large table. When there were at least 2 empty 6 top tables and 3 booths open, cleaned ready to be set, and 4 employees standing around doing nothing. Very poorly managed!

We’re locals and this is kind of our go to place to eat lunch/dinner. We’re always seated promptly with great personalities. The store is always super clean. The tables are bussed promptly. The people are very friendly and tentative. The order is always correct. The food is always spot on. Very good. And a great portion. And the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this establishment.
