Look at the reviews they only respond to the good ones.They are not a cleen restaurant. They also treat employees poorly. They are holding my last check and refuse to give it to me.

The absolute worst service ever. They lost our order and did not compensate for our time. The discount was an insult (. $2.73). We waited and waited and had to ask what was taking so long. Then they still had to make our meal. The restaurant was not busy ( I can understand why)

They denied us to eat because my service dog wasn’t “in uniform”. It also says on their website and everywhere else I’ve looked that they are supposedly dog friendly, not the case!

NEVER again!! My husband and I went recently and upon arriving was told a 35 min wait and they would text when a table was ready. I got a text after I gave them my number confirming a 35 minute wait and also a link I could click to show where in line I was. About 20 minutes in, I was curious and looked at the link and it showed I was 4th in line. I checked again at 35 minutes and it was still the same. I waited another 10 minutes and checked it again and it said I was no longer on the waiting list. I went inside to ask and was told by the hostess that she tried to text and call me and since I didn't answer or show up inside she removed me. I never received a text or a phone call so she bold face lied to me. I was angry so she agreed to go ahead and seat us. I ordered the fajitas and let me tell you the were the worst fajitas I have ever had. No flavor what so ever and more peppers and onions with barely any meat. It didn't come with any sides. Just the fajitas and tortillas with Guacamole, sour cream and cheese. $18.99 for crappy food no thanks. My husband got the chicken fried steak and the gravy was so artificial tasting it was disgusting. The only positive thing I can say is our waitress was very nice. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else when visiting Ruidoso.

Waited for a hour for a table when asked why we were not getting sat when there was tables to sit at they said they were sitting the smaller tables first got sat at our table sat for another 15 min asked the manager where our server was and over heard him talking crap to the server about us so we left including people that were waiting in front of us also walked out worst experience at a restaurant I've ever experienced need better management workers just standing around on their phones manager not even helping clean tables the whole restaurant was a mess

Just left this place today may24-2025, was told around 40 minutes no problem they were busy. After said time l went to the manager after watching her sit 4 people who came in after us and told her l would like the booth to the left and her response was she could not sit us there because the waiter was on a 30 person party. Now this is after she had seated the four people that came in after us in that spot. WTF l was so mad and then she said we will seat you when we can. For the owners she is h Hispanic young woman with terrible management skills and no respect for the customer.

Jatonna the bar tender is so sweet. the food was delicious and the atmosphere was fun we will definitely be back the next time we are in the area???
I think they remodel this place recently. Looks nice. Good service. Good food. My nephew said it was the best chicken Alfredo he's ever had. I had the pizza and my wife had chicken fried steak. Nice versatile menu. In and out fast.

Ordered the fish and chips and the tarter sauce was absolutely horrible. It was spicy and didn't taste good at all. No other normal tarter sauce option to choose from. When I talked to my waiter they said they have this complaint often but the owner refuses to change it. Do better owner.
