Superb food and service. I have had chili relleno all over the US. Some good some not so great. Today I can affirm I have had the best. Deep fried with just the right amount of cheese and delicious green chili sauce. We will be back.

Ribeye steak was great. GF had salmon and was also very good. Brussel sprouts and asparagus was delicious. Only knocks were dull personality of waiter and temp of red wine. I like it chilled and it was room temp. Overall it was a terrific night.

Best steak we had in Ruidoso. Salmon was good also. Nice atmosphere. My daughter loved her grilled cheese. They need to serve sweet tea for all the Texans.

A popular spot but the food is just ok. The hamburger was cooked ok, the fries were limp. The chips were nicely thin and crisp, the queso was pretty bland. The grilled cheese filling was tasty but I'd say the bread was more like dry toast than nicely grilled "Texas Toast." The service is pretty good, especially considering how busy it was.

My wife and I were in Ruidoso, NM for two nights to do some scouting for future hiking trips. This evening we visited Grill Caliente for dinner and had a GREAT meal. The place is very popular and we were lucky to get a table without a reservation. The staff were great and the food was over the top good. They also have a TERRIFIC wine list at very reasonable prices. We couldn't recommend this place more highly. Check it out.

I suggest making a reservation. 6 in our group. We ordered burgers, a salad, and enchiladas. Burgers were good, ended up taking part of mine home. They are cooked medium so if you like yours without pink be sure to tell them. French fries good. Chipotle salad was good. The enchiladas tasty but could have used a little more meat. It's a little pricey, $15 for a burger and fries. They do serve alcohol and have inside and outside dining. The place was clean and employees friendly.

The food was great and the waitress was wonderful as well. I had the bacon burger with fries. Dessert was the grilled peaches with ice cream, drizzled with an apple bourbon sauce. Delicious! I had to have a take out box for half of my burger. I sat on the covered patio in front and the weather was very pleasant.

Very very busy so glad we had a reservation. Atmosphere is Resort Chic. Our waitress Liz was friendly and pleasant. Service was excellent. I had the Pork Chop and Brussel Sprouts. Should have left the sauce off the top (little spicy for me). However the chop and Brussel sprouts were very tasty. My spouse had the the Salmon Skillet plate which was also spicy but quite tasty. We enjoyed the food and service. Parking is free in front but limited. Will go back in the future and definitely make a reservation. ?
So Glad We Tried It! We shared the fried peppers and jalapeños appetizer. It was delicious. We also shared the Carne Asada. Waitress was awesome. We will be back. Salads are large!

After a short wait for a table, we were seated on the patio, nice but car and motorcycle noise ruins ambiance. My partner’s meal was fine (chicken enchiladas). My Williams Brothers salmon was sadly very overcooked. The accompanying green Chile mashed potatoes were cold and so full of chilies it was hard to taste any potato - looked a mess and really added no flavor to the dish. The “Pink Cadillac” (drink) was pink, but tasted nearly of straight of tequila… so strong it was not drinkable. When the server finally came by to check, I told her —- expecting the drink to be fixed or removed —- neither happened. The brownie dessert was good, generous portion (shareable), though don’t feel the grilled pineapple added anything. Overall: 3/5 (best part of meal: brownie dessert) Service: 4/5 (good with some lags due how busy she was) Value: 3/5 (overpriced across the board $80/2 people, some food prep issues; poorly crafted specialty drink) Would I return: no

I love the entree salads and the Chile relleno plate. The burgers are big and delicious as well. The Caesar dressing has a great kick to it and makes this my favorite salad.

I had the salmon and my friend had the mushroom burger. Both were cooked perfectly and portions were generous. The brownie for dessert was to die for. Service by Tammy was friendly and timely. I highly recommend going there!

This placed was closed on three occasions when we attempted to go there. Finally open on our last night in town. The menu was different than what we found online but very good. We had excellent friendly service.
