Delicious food,and all the people work there is really nice,my 9nyear old daughter is allergic to corn and I went and talk to the gentleman and tell him if he got any noddles without corn and he said i don't have any,and I told him.my daughter is allergic to it and he said I will.make you some fresh noodles for her with not corn.

You ever order something that you think is just gonna be your typical every day run of the mill version of something? That's not this place at all. The options are limited, but extra options aren't really necessary when you do the thing you do so well.

Who I believe is the owner is who took care of us. Friendly guy, loves his village and feeding them... You can tell.

Go eat some noodles!

If you are roaming in down town Ruidoso, I highly recommend stopping at Island Noodles for some Teriyaki chicken. This is one of the best fried noodles I have tried hands down. 5 stars all around. Great customer service and great atmosphere. 😋

Decided to try something new at the NM State Fair this year instead of the same ol stuff I usually get. The chicken tasted like it was cooked on a dirty griddle or grill 😔. It had a grittiness to it. I really should've asked for a refund.
