The server Jenn was terrible at her job I asked for a kabob Burger then she gave me a straight up kabob with fries then I asked for medium well, but it was well done then my mother asked for a chili burger with sweet potato fries, but she got a sweet potato then Mom said that it was a good place to eat, but Jenn made it terrible I will make sure if I ever come back there that my server is never Jenn.

KBOBS has the best steak in the world. We stop here everytime we come to Ruidoso. The steaks are so juicy and tender they melt in your mouth. The salad bar is awesome. Service was on spot.
I have been to K-BOB's in Ruidoso many times. The food is always great. Their rolls are amazing, and we always want more of them. We love the salad bar too!

Our waitress, Didn’t get order right, was serving water as she was throwing, after an hour wait served food was cold. This is the second time I visited this place but experienced it first time.

Came in shortly after 11:30am (opened at 11am) hostess was polite, sat us at our table, then waited close to 20 minutes before our server came to take our drink order. She told us on average 3/4 times what she “was going to do” before actually doing it. Then put in the wrong order, we proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes for the right order to come out after the three other orders were served. Offered a $6 desert for all of the mistakes. Watch our server lean on a counter and chat with a co-worker about a show while checking her Apple Watch, all the while our food was sitting in the pick up window. Came over to the table and said I have good news and I have bad news, your food is ready, but we’re waiting on fries. Food was mid, salad bar was just okay.
