Do you enjoy your food and dining experience with a side of battery from management? Than this is the right place for you! My service animal has been by my side for 3 years, dozens of states and thousands of bars/restaurants. Never, not once, have we been treated poorly, until last night. Manager Todd gave my server a hard time when I asked for a small to go bowl of water and basically refused. I forced the issue and only then, did they give her one small container. The manager than elected to take it away after the server refilled it. After asking him why, he went on a rant that service animals are not allowed to eat or drink in restaurants.Yes, funny enough, they are allowed. I then told him I'd gladly talk to corporate about this, to which he decided to put his hands on me... They then refused to allow me to speak to the GM. So battery on a customer and refusal to give a working animal water on a 90 degree day. Most excellent customer service.

We had a large party that came in at 8:45 to celebrate a birthday and waited to be sat for a bit. May Lucero was our waitress and she was and always is awesome. Where most servers get annoyed at serving a large party so late in the evening, she served us with a smile and did a fabulous job! Servers should learn from her! We had a great evening because of her and she took great care of us.

Missed on the service, lack of refills, no check up on the food after serving, had to find other employees for things needed as server would be MIA. The temp in the place was too cold, even our food got cold before we finished eating.
