Had the best breakfast burrito I have eaten in Ruidoso. Real eggs, crispy bacon and smothered in extremely good green chili. You will be happy with the food and the service.

We order take out from here at least once a week. We were thrilled to see that they are now open again after recovering from the flood last July. The food is always delicious and reasonably priced. It's ready when they say it will be and just as we ordered it. They pay attention to our orders and haven't mixed anything up which is great! Some places are hit or miss with take out, but not La Salsa!

They are back open and doing business again after the devastating floods this year. They celebrated their reopening with free tacos on Taco Tuesday. Support this business! It has been a hard year for everyone in town and it is nice to see this spark of life back on Sudderth.

We’ve been loyal customers at La Salsa and come here often, but today’s experience was beyond disappointing. My sister and I came in for breakfast and both ordered a Dr Pepper—but they tasted completely off, almost undrinkable. When we politely asked if we could switch to a different drink, the server refused and simply refilled our cups with the same bad soda. That made no sense and felt dismissive, especially as regular customers. It’s frustrating to be treated this way when a simple solution could’ve made things right. We hope management sees this and starts valuing customer service more seriously. ESPECIALLY LOCALS!

The steak tortas are amazing and the posole is deliTacos.
You have to get there right when they open on the weekend just to get menudo or posole because they run out all the time.
I didn't like the chicken tacos.
