Jordan the server was very rude!
Very disrespectful about a dish not being served that the chef forgot to make.

If you visit Ruidoso, everyone seems to rave about this restaurant, so we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I left underwhelmed. The atmosphere during the Christmas season is truly a 10/10, but the food was closer to a 3/10.

I ordered the breakfast burrito. The presentation was appealing, but the first bite was a letdown. At $20, it felt significantly overpriced, especially considering the eggs were flat rather than scrambled, the bacon resembled small ham-like pieces, and the filling was mostly just cheese. I also paid extra to have it “smothered” in green chili, which turned out to be just a handful of chopped chiles on top rather than a true smothering. The overall flavor was very bland, and for the price, I expected much more.

We also ordered a plain waffle, which was as basic as it gets and still $9, no sides included. The coffee was bitter and tasted burnt, which didn’t help the experience.

Overall, I wasn’t impressed and wish we had skipped breakfast here. I’m giving 2 stars solely for the festive atmosphere and mostly good service, although we did have an issue at the end when we requested an adjustment on the bill and met some resistance.

We were told a 20 to 30 minute wait. Multiple checks..You're almost there..an hour and 10 minutes, after standing in their face for 20 minutes..we got in.
Server was excellent and over loaded.
Poor management in my opinion.
Why not take reservations and let the customer decide to go or not. Wasting others time is disappointing!! It'll be a long time before I return or recommend them to friends.

Breakfast good. Lunch sucks. 16 bucks for a salad and got screwed out of my bread. Hardly and lettuce. Large is not large .
